Not really. I think it’s Pakistan we’re watching and one of the rules in receiving Chinese foreign aid may be that all those labour intensive products must be stamped thus!
The Pakistanis I guess don't trust anything made in their own country. Why even bother putting made in China? Rest of the world thinks China makes junk. Pakistanis think the Chinese products are superior.
The wheelwright, crude but effective in comparison to western ideals but the footage didn't show the complete job. The sweating on of the iron tread which tightens up the wheel and gives it strength. The footage of the wedding carriage is a western built carriage with meta wheels and disc brakes.
Good work & good professional production. Super Energy Efficient. Thank you for the insights! We have in Germany also some Green Party Member who would like to join your Fab. Where shall we send them ?
love how only the united states has child labor laws our country would have so much more money if we had younger people working and not setting at home doing nothing but drawing welfare and government aid
So the Chinese have subcontracted the work to small businesses in Pakistan (I think) and still mark it as 'made in China'......when they were once they were only subcontractors to the West. China has come up fast, just look at their car Industry now. This approach of farming work out will help other poorer nations.
Why does the wheelwrite guy do it that way? He obviously has skills or all his fingers would be gone, but not a template in sight. He measures everything, every time!
I don't think that wheel would last very long on any cart. Why some of the rim segments are too short and need a patches is beyond me. Could they be decorative pieces?
respect to all people how working hard....one thing I noticed that no protect to the workers gloves shoes glasses because of condition of work u need cloths how comfortable and security protect...I not understand why all have traditional cloths in places of work!!???
Bless his heart, but for tech that is thousands of years old. That cart wheel was just sad. How he still has all his fingers using that saw/jointer like that is amazing. It's also kinda sad that wooden cart wheels for everyday work is still a viable business.
Over there it’s different. I lived in a third world country until I was almost 19 and during that time I did a lot of hands on/ construction type work. People there don’t have or even need the tools we have here in the west. They have the tools they have and as sketchy as it is rarely ever anyone gets hurt because they’re careful and don’t need labels everywhere telling them the floor is slippery when wet. I also did a lot of construction work in the west. People here get injured way more often than people do over there. That’s just my own observations.
I busted out laughing when I saw the fancy British carriage, and they tried to make you think that Pakistan guy made that carriage wheel. The Pakistani guy`s wheel was truly pitiful.
Osha and EPA ran all this kind of work out of our country. I workes at a saw mill 25 years. Every injury we had that saw a doctor, required drug and alcohol tests. All failed the tests. Fail the test and you were fired with no workmans comp. Absolutely as it should be. .. 2 guys were jacking around and one ran over the others fòt with a forklift .. both tested positive. Fired both. Smoked pot at lunch every day. Until they hurt someone. Each other. Pot heads can stay in Moms basement as far as I'm concerned.
The guy running this channel wants the viewer to believe this is high quality craftsmanship, when in fact, it is some of the worst quality products I have ever seen. I just know Ronnie O'Sullivan, Jud Trump, and Mark Selby are on the waiting list for one of those snooker cues.
It wasn't even forty years ago that this was exactly how people worked in Europe. No masks, hardly any gloves. However, there were safety shoes and goggles. And the machines in the video were probably the exact same ones that were later exported as scrap.
Yes, and we drove a motorcycle without a helmet, a drove car without a seat belt, ice hockey players and alpinists without helmets. I was in a country in Eastern Europe in 2004, and there they laughed at me because I used seat belt. In the same country, the use of seat belts was introduced a few years later, and then they were no longer laughing.
that's the worse. abuse of a dangerous saw ever. if you don't have any pride in what you do ,then don't do it. your just leaving yourself and others open to serious accident
"Made in China" - gotta love it. The first video showed the making of wire brushes in India - exactly 8 minutes long. Made in India YET the boxes the finished brushes are packed in have Chinese lettering on the outside of the boxes and clearly state "Made in China". Go figure.
Not very many bristles on that wire brush and you can see in the demonstration it's not their Brush their using it's a better quality one, a whole lot more wire bristles in that one. In the paintbrush it's sad not very many bristles kind of cheap.
The wire brushes with "Made in China" stamped on the boxs and brushs. Do the Chinese use an Indian workforce, is there some part of China inhabited by Indians or whats going on here.
I get a sick feeling every time I see these workers pass their hands over or go near unguarded moving belts and wheels on machinery and blades of saws and planing machines. The state of the workshops are deadly hazardous. This total lack of safety regulation is why the west is loosing out on manufacturing on all levels. However the dealers make greater profits off these poor peoples backs.
Yea, In the US, OSHA would have a field day with all the safety hazards in this kind of manufacturing. Plus all the Kid labor laws that would have been broken.
Just incredible.
I had no idea they could produce footage of this quality in the early 20th century!
jesus christ have some respect for the people, they are just making their daily works to get through week and life with food shelter and some honor, you are no better then anyone in this video,if you were born in a different country you would be in the same situation,or even worse, keep your selfish words and ego to yourself nobody deserves to read disrespectful comments like that on the internet
Это кадры нашего времени.
The “Made in China” logo is very strange.
That's not made in China actually, my God, fake country of origin !!!
Perhaps they are such poor brushes, they want you to think they are Chinese
Yes what a scam , the Chinese find a way to get them made in paki for less hahaha
That does not look like CHINA where the steel brushes are made. Looks like PAKISTAN.
yeah, but the stamp was made in china XD
Ahhhhhhhahahahahaha
Thats what I was about to say too😂
This is Pakistan not China
Evidently china lies about where some if their products are made. Wonder which place has the cheapest labor costs?
I'm glad to see everyone is wearing their proper PPE for safety.
The wheelwright, crude but effective in comparison to western ideals but the footage didn't show the complete job. The sweating on of the iron tread which tightens up the wheel and gives it strength. The footage of the wedding carriage is a western built carriage with meta wheels and disc brakes.
Can't believe this guy making wheels still has all of his fingers.
and toes
I wish they’d do a video following these workers home, so we could see how they live. I’m very curious
Why? they are poor as F. They do a job anyone can do....robots already do these jobs.
they live at work :D
Good work & good professional production. Super Energy Efficient. Thank you for the insights!
We have in Germany also some Green Party Member who would like to join your Fab.
Where shall we send them ?
На коробке с щётками "сделано в китае". Контрафакт уже на Китай? Весело))
на китай батрачат по дешману
Всё изменяется, раньше капиталисты вывозили производство в Китай из-за дешевой рабсилы, теперь то же самое делает Китай.
At 4:21 it says< "Made in China", but the people do not look Chinese!
Thought it looked like India.
It Is Pakistan Maybe Chinese Order
@@UsamaAkhterbut actually it's made in Pakistan !!

I could just cry watching that poor wheelwright.
Wouldn't it have been easier to make the tenons round rather than the mortices rectangular, when making wheels?
The wire brush bristles are very sparse, they won't last long, I suppose that's the point.
Thanks for your valuable feedback
That is why they make so many!
That's why they mark them as Chinese!
The good thing is it looks like they are using reclaimed wood.
9:54 - It’s “Bring Your Kid to Work” day.
Just the of one of these shops in the USA
Amazing work.
Thanks for your valuable comment
Видео с колесом поразило больше всего.

The folks making the steel wire brushes are not Chinese, yet they are putting in boxes that says made in China.
No, you don't understand, the BOXES are made in China
Chinese owned business
Ну ИНДУСЫ дают 6:24 сделано в КИТАЕ!!!
How many hours did he have to work to afford that Makita drill?
Very good
Nice paint brushes.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Why does the wheelwrite guy do it that way? He obviously has skills or all his fingers would be gone, but not a template in sight. He measures everything, every time!
MAYBE THEY CAN INVENT SOME TABLES, CHAIRS, SHOES, PUSH STICKS, FINGERS, LUNGS, AND OSHA CLASSES.
Poor trees, have they got any left.😢
28:55 - I’m fairly certain that the wheel he made did not go on that coach.
Think you are correct
I don't think that wheel would last very long on any cart. Why some of the rim segments are too short and need a patches is beyond me. Could they be decorative pieces?
respect to all people how working hard....one thing I noticed that no protect to the workers gloves shoes glasses because of condition of work u need cloths how comfortable and security protect...I not understand why all have traditional cloths in places of work!!???
If those were American hands making them, they'd cost 100X more.
The wheel! 🤪
In which country the paint brushes are manufactured?
India, Sri Lanka or Pakistan would be my best guesses.
@@GlobalistJuice According to the dresses they are wearing it's not Sri Lanka.
It seems the elderly guy making the wheels (about 23 minutes in) missed his last pedicure appointment.
Jeez ..... what happened to their economy or whatever it was that kept them in the 19th century?
Those wire brushes didn't look like they were made in china
Everything is fake in China ??
Even the packaging says made in China. But if the price is right , I don't care where it was made.
Chinese owned??
I didn't know that Indian people were handcrafting steel wire brushes "MADE IN CHINA" !!!! Why don't they put a "Made in India" label ??
Why would they put India when it’s Pakistan?
AAaah Ok ! It's Pakistan so they put "made in China" OK I understand !!! I didn't know Pakistan was part of China... @@pesto88
THE GUY STILL HAS ALL 2 OF HIS FINGERS.
Why is it written made in China...🙄🙄🙄I didn't see any Chinese working...😎😎😎

This Chinese people are so different!
Child labor in the paint brush section. Thought Pakistan has Child Labor Laws? If so, they are not being observed.
I had no idea Neil DeGrasse Tyson made wheels damn! The more you know! The more you know…
Why not use a Air grinder,

Horrible working conditions. No safety. Looks like big fier hazard. 😢
i know these guys are working with limited tools and resources but that wheelwright guy was rougher than the wood he worked on
Yes, very strange made in China ! They must be subbing out the pierce work and still making a profit , no doubt exploiting the labour force 🙀
I wonder what the purpose is of "made in China" is
Ah yes, child labor. Definitely something you should put in a you tube video. 😑
The guy running this channel wants the viewer to believe this is high quality craftsmanship, when in fact, it is some of the worst quality products I have ever seen. I just know Ronnie O'Sullivan, Jud Trump, and Mark Selby are on the waiting list for one of those snooker cues.
Erm, I was thinking the brushes were made in India! That was not China!!
Child labor is prohibited. But nobody seems to be interested in that.

Can’t talk about Covid on yt but promoting child labour is not an issue…
The automatic drilling machine is just another example of how technology is displacing skilled good paying jobs!
so sad - little kids who should be in school working in these sweat shops ......
Smart people just say it made in China
Tyler Mac do you mind
Those are definitely not the wheels they made... Lol, they have coupling pieces!
Notice the lack of safety features
6.26-индусы подделывают китай😁теперь я видел все!
Made in China on the box? Uh theres a problem here

Many other products were also doing the same fake origin by China !!

this is clearly in pakistan - why in the world does it say made in china on the brushes?????
