    Donnell has a lot of wisdom pointing out that we need to “sharpen the axe”. I also love that he highlights the soft skills focus and wearing different hats. The wine skin analogy is also a wonderful illustration. Great interview! I’m 46 years old and headed back to grad school to adapt to new technologies and sharpening my skills.
