since the A.I really fast than the player, try using kick to disturb their follow up attack in close combat.. well just in case to avoid freeze moments.. lol
I actually have a personal best time of 11'58"14 with Setsuka, but my first time clearing legendary took me 86 minutes with at least an hour of that time spent on inferno. Auto GI nonsense and 2 input 100 damage combos were bad enough but i was a noob who couldnt block infernos 2A string for sh*t and i only knew setsukas easy inputs so i couldnt get good damage. I still hate legendary inferno even now that ive improved. It makes me so angry when the cpu reacts 2 frames after my input and blocks(im exaggerating a bit). Such bs. Sorry for the long comment
Well it kind of depends on the character lol. There are some gimmicks that the AI doesn't really deal with although I don't really know why (For example I beat Inferno with a custom 2B by keep on pressing K during the sliding stance until his guard crashed and it just kept working lol)
We were the original that they threw away the old queens that chan said gold is crap ...once they didn't want us they buried us in their gold crap whoever gets gold and is a gold digger is gonna do some fuck up shit and also do it to someone else and misery loves company
I'm not sure how maybe after beating Legendary you unlock Inferno as playable and he is disgusting, like half his attacks start with if you hit him he retaliates with that explosion, and his combos are just insane with ridiculous damage. so far have done Legendary twice and both times took me around an hour.
One thing that has worked for me when fighting Inferno most of the time is doing the standard universal 3B launcher after making him block a break attack. It will beat his armor option and if your character is fast enough, it will hit him and you can do a combo. Another thing I noticed is after he does the amplified armor move he will most likely always go for the 2A combo, or a grab. You can block it but I prefer to use reversal edge to counter it(just to get some extra meter. Soul charge is really useful against Inferno). Just be mindful that he will use his fast break attack at some times but that happens once in a blue moon so I’m pretty sure it’ll be fine most of the time. So the strat is basically make him block break attacks all the time, go into Soul charge as much as you can, and hit him when you get the guard breaks. I hope this helps anyone who is struggling!
Ivy's VA, Lani Minella, just shared your video on Twitter and enjoyed it :D
Ivy is the queen of soul Calibur 👑 👑 👑.
I see no lies haha!
*Mitsurugi appears*
Finally, a worthy opponent! Our battle will be legendary!
In Legendary difficulty, AI always whiff punish, read you inputs, side step non stop, blocks or dodges most of the moves and guard impacts.
The AI does not respect your frames at all as well. The only hits you’ll be getting are counter hits
They break almost every grab. Back grab would land on inferno.
Ivy's My Favorite Character, The Best She Fighter, I Love Her Weapon!
I’ve been playing Ivy for years and I learned something new!
thnx queen
4:18 Such a strong K.O. that Mitsurugi took her armor off, haha!
The fight with Mitsurugi was my favorite part of this video.
impressive. Took me 53min to beat him on my first try.
The legend will never die
Congratulations.
Your 'soul' is mine

The deeming wasn't at all the stake realization. I touched up a garden and splatter.
I wasn't able to pass Cervantes, and I was around 90 minutes

Props to anyone who completes this stupid bullshit. And with Gold also. I wish I could upload some Gold runs of my own but it seems like a lot of work

Godzilla had a stroke reading this and died
I couldn't beat Inferno. He's overwhelming.

He's not that hard. All you have to do is not play the game properly lol. He's super weak to RE and simple, neutral inputs.
Use alot of lows ,break attacks ,ub u have to fight dirty lol
