Youre forgetting that the boeing 747 made billions of dollars for airlines and boeing as a company, and was and still is doing so for the last half a century. It revolutionised literally everything, and the a380 has been doing the same thing for less than 20 years, and is pretty much gone too because of the fail in cargo variants. 747 is definitely more successful and profit-making
i have to say, the 747 will always win for me, but i just LOVE both jets. they look so incredible!

@@giestron336 I've know people who flew on an a380 and 747 to and from London and they said the 747 was just out of date and uncomfortable and the a380 was so comfortable and quite and the amenities where much better and just better in general. So I think 747 is overated but not really the a380

Don't want to be that guy, but Airbus was born in the 70s, while Boeing was born in 1916 and the A-300 is the main reason why the 747 and other trijets didn't lived more. The same goes for the 787 who killed the A-380
