We are moving to the Conroe/Montgomery area ASAP! We are working with Mark Archer from your team...he's great! The number one reason we are moving out of Southern California is the liberal culture. I'm retired law enforcement and my wife is a retired nurse...California culture/politics are not in line with our beliefs.
Omg why everyone wants to come here, yall make everything expensive for the real residents of Texas!!!!I'm sorry to say that, but it's annoying to see everyone wants to come here.
@naybro8419... you bring up a very powerful and compelling argument...I didn't realize you were the official gatekeeper for the state of Texas. I guess I can't move their now...
Dude, video looks great. I don’t know who is doing your editing now but keep it up! It’s a night and day difference. A good editor makes all the difference.
Who is the builder that built this 1.5 million dollar 115 ft wide lot brand new fully custom home? Thank you Kyler. I am absolutely loving North Houston Suburbs including Montgomery.
Why I want to move can be summed in one word, Commifornia. I have lived here my whole life but now it is so one sided and tyrannical I just can’t. I did really like to hear more about ranches in Montgomery. Thanks.
I don't have factual data, but many make the claim that people from California who hate what it's become, voted for the policies (democratic) and then move to other (mostly Republican run) cities and proceed to vote for the same democratic policies that's ruined California, Chicago, IL etc. That's why Texans say stay where you are and vote for the changes you want instead of moving here and turning Texas into Cali
I've also noticed that a lot of the terrible qualities people are running away from, are also making their way to Texas. I'm seeing Californians here who are so unfriendly and entitled. It's only a matter of time before they move down here.
That's what I m saying. They come here and want to turn this into a s... whole! These realtors and sellers need to stop helping out of state ppl because they will eventually turn Texas to calitex. Nobody matches our southern style but Texas ppl. These ppl rude, entitled and dirty!!!!
That’s pine lake cove by Meritage. Please call us if you’re interested there, our agent used to be the sales counselor there, we can definitely get you the best deals there
I get what you’re saying but my experience from this channel has been that we are getting all the best transplants, I’ve met some amazing people moving this way
Don't by there the quality is bad we walked thru four finished homes and found a lot of things wrong. So just imagine what you can't see. Believe me we were bummed because we wanted to be across from the lake. We bought in Grand Central Park instead way better neighborhood and quality of homes its 10 miles from the lake. You won't find a home for $260K but you get what you pay for.
I live in Grand Central Park, definitely a different price point than pine lake cove, but I think if you can afford GCP it’s definitely a great call. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Excellent information and overview of Montgomery/Lake Conroe, Kyler!💫💥
Great video! Got me considering moving from Katy up to Montgomery now..
I want to move but it’s so hard trying to find places to park my 18 wheeler trucks
Great info!
The custom house is actually a fair price/value and great landscaping. What neighborhood is that?

High Meadow Estates
Montgomery and Brazoria county past Manvel will be next to boom. Still so much land in both places
Do you have any videos of homes of towns with homes for low income families? All the homes I’ve seen are lovely but for upper middle class incomes.
Yes! Here is a recent one that checks that box

Pine Lake Cove with Meritage Homes. Let me know if you’d like any more info, we’ve got a close relationship with them
Nice Video
But, the view is low due to lack of SEO Optimization & Promotion in the video.
I would love to get a house like that for $260,000!

@@livinginhtx I know lol we bought the house on Liatris court from Greg. Saw your sign when he showed it to us. Stop by and say hi sometime.
It’s Montgomery County Not Montgomery Texas
What are you referring to?
@billyrooroo Montgomery is both a county and city. Multiple cities exist within Montgomery County including the city of Montgomery.
