@@donp11 Indeed! I live in Vancouver, but I visited New York last September. We have a much higher density of Teslas here. Three or four times by my estimate.
In South Florida I see tons of Teslas on the road.
Québec has high density of Tesla vehicles, incredible. I was 1 of the first M3 in Canada in 2018 & everybody was wandering what type of cars it was. Now young Kids know more about Tesla than most adult!
Thanks Larry for bringing up the concept of the unboxed method. For those confused about this term it simply comes from the fact that originally horse drawn, carriages, or wagons or stage coaches were constructed from basically a large box. Then, when cars were eventually built, they also started with the concept of first building a large box, where the passengers sit. The unboxed method moves away from this concept and builds the car in 4 to 6 separate modules, and then combines them in the final step to produce the finished car.
That was the most interesting show with the most interesting people. Thank you
Alexandra and Larry are the Queen and King of humour in this show. Love it what you guys do. Herbert is great and moderating and yes James is the most humble Alpha.

I bought stock at $290 and it’s still worth every penny and I had bought my long range three for 60,000 and it’s worth every penny. I love the car I have the full self driving but because I love driving I haven’t used it yet but it’s there for when I turn 80 and 90 and my driving. Probably won’t be that goodI keep Elon in my prayers all the time

They couldn’t have done the ‘model 2’ unless they first did the Cybertruck.
It’s on the Cybertruck they’ve learned how to do the 48V which then has enabled them to do the steer by wire , the ‘model 2’ will also feature brake by wire. The Cybertruck production system has been the stepping stone towards the unboxed production model.
So the Cybertruck was total instrumental in developing the ‘model 2’.
People have been frustrated in waiting for the Riadster but again, this could not have been built to a price and with the advanced technology unless they first tested everything in the Cybertruck, plus they’re obviously going to push the boundaries with the Roadster testing other new technologies.

if the lawyers wanted TSLA stocks, that means they know its potential. They don't deserve it.
It's been mentioned on an interview Farzad hosted that they may be asking for stocks as it looks better than asking for 6 billion in cash so the judge may be more willing to grant it. I don't think anything is stopping them from selling everything right after they receive it (if they receive it) - which is what scares me more
Or they want to damage Elon and the stock as much as they can

It seems like the panel thinks all of these milestones are a foregone conclusion...... they are not. I think they are likely, but not a certainty. I think it is important to remember that.
I think that none of these people believe that, but if just half of these future revenue streams come to fruition, the profits will be awesome.

I say. . . thank god for Larry. When Herbert says, "Name me one aspect of the Tesla business model that is failing" Larry was right there with the correct answer: solar.
I'm deeply invested in Tesla and optimistic about its future. But I am troubled by a couple of questions that never seem to be answered. One of them is, " _Why_ is solar failing?" Why is this one division of Tesla's business completely stagnated, worse, actually in retrograde motion? I have the same concern about the Tesla Semi. Why isn't it ramping?
Normally, I wouldn't be concerned that two out of about seven of a company's major initiatives seem to be struggling. But it does concern me that no one is asking why. Why are these two things not happening when the push is on in every other division of Tesla, and where significant progress is being made almost every month?

A useful debate would be on probabiity of the stock being at X,Y and Z lower than current price...at time points T1,T2 and T3

Larry's on fire again re CAPEX
The transference of work was traded. Barter as just one example. Money/currency has evolved of course, but in most simplistic terms it is another example; a tool for exchange/trade. Basic needs first. So a simple number of people: one makes clean water, one grows food, one builds shelters, one digs minerals out of the ground, and so on. You get the point. Another entity/person prints a currency to allow a transference of time spent for those things mentioned. So this situation is based upon resources and value as added to something. So; how to use the entity that prints this tool to be used to facilitate these things we will call “work”. Well, lots of ways to do this, right? One: based upon the resource based economy concept an example would be to exchange the currency for those things we call work. So the entity says hey, let’s join together and call ourselves a government of these people and exchange the currency for work accomplished. The entity is all these people as a unit and takes a cut. We will call that income tax I guess. This tax could be used for all things government…hahha. The entity works for these people mentioned. GDP (all these things we call work) is supposed to be linked to this wheel of exchange, but at some point the entity lost its way and started printing money and then loaning it to a newly created vehicle we will call a bank. This printing money (fiat) currency as I have heard it called is not tied to anything real like water, minerals, sunshine. You get it. I think where the problem began to the system is that the money is printed first then borrowed to pay for the work. Somewhere in this concept this thing called inflation has become an unintended consequence from this idea. The entity borrowed currency from the people to continue greasing this wheel by lending it to the bank who lends it to the work. Invented in this was profit of course…still working on this, but you get the point.

Question. Voiding the pay package only saves tesla money if they are also saying elons compensation should be zero. Shouldn't the lawrers only be entitled to a percentage of the amount they saved share holders? Elon still has to be paid so essentially its the difference between the package then and now that should be in discussion?
It seems unlikely to me that the nextgen low cost car will be steel exoskeleton. Toughness is important for trucks but I’m not sure it’s the lowest cost option for a car optimised for mega-mass production.

I also wonder..Tesla has several excellent products. It seems that Tesla can go into any endevor and produce excellent products. But since they are tagged as Ev company like BYD-and BYD produce more vehicles, what Tesla needs is a clear differentiation by perfecting Fsd and make Robots useful.

On the understanding of fair exchange, the reason to invest is the planet saving mission idea, fringe benefits are the world's safest car and low cost of operation long-term, and the inversion of a problem that borrowing brings, that the investment multiplies, eventually, but interest rates are weapons of wealth destruction. add tesla to portfolio in February this year, trying to longterm DCA till it goes up. not very confident thoe, it keeps dropping too much too fast.
Hybrid costs are increasing to the point that EVs will be cheaper than hybrids before they are cheaper than pure ICEs. Therefore hybrids will be a nasty headache for traditional OEMs, and instead of helping them deal with the transition to EVs, hybrids will bring down those OEMs that are promoting hybrids now.
Can we start a class action lawsuit against these criminal lawyers or the judge?

Interesting that Wall Street analysts want Tesla to buy back stock and give dividends to boost stock prices short terms, and Tesla give them the finger and they sold. Just keep accumulating!
