This challenge is ridiculous because it forces you to have perfect evasion skills since the enemies kill on one hit. The only way to escape this is to use A2 in B mode, if she takes a hit it will cause her to exit out of B mode but still be alive.
Amazing to complete this using 2B since most people who complete this use A2 (who has abilities like B mode that make it quite easier). Also, leveling up those chips to +8 takes a LOT of grinding. I've done it myself (up to +8) for many chips though I've stopped at Taunt at present because it's a pain. Never used glitches though to increase the loot, just straight grinding. But even with chips up to +8 I don't think I'm good enough to ever complete this arena.
I am sure you can. You just need the drive. I so wanted to play with the DLC outfits from the beginning plus all the sidequests. So finished the game without doing sidequests andalso beat this arena to get the forbidden fruits. The hardest part was indeed getting the Lv 8 diamond chips imo (best way is to get them from desert and forest arenas).

My Farmspots: Weaponattack - Tower Defence with 9S where Devola and Popola fight together, simply kill them loot and run to the savepoint near the alienship. Critstrike: befor eve got angry there spawning alot mobs that drop crit, kill them they respawn more then ones. Taunt: First time 2B or 9S gets to the desert, kill the flying machines, they drop taunt and run to savepoint in desert, save and do it again. Shockwave: First time u meat adam there spawning invinity machines, kill them and loot. Offensiv and Deadly heal: Drop in forsest kingdom, kill every machine befor the forest castle and save/reload. Overclock: Use 9S and go to the factory after she got no electricy, kill all flying machines there, they drop overclock. Now u dont want to loot everything? There is a bug. Simply go to information in options, load the first picture book befor looting and skip it, now everything is looted and the loot is doubled.
I'm sorry but how to use that combo at 0:33 - 0:34 when you lift your opponent up? I have only about 40 hours played so i don't know all mechanics. Please answer
I know I'm like super late, but is it worth it to go for a strategy where you just Slow everything down then Charge attack them together with charge attack(x5 dmg) chip. Because as 2B we need time to taunt right(flashing light).
also I saw a comment on fextralife "Some interesting facts about Critical Damage that I've found in the official "Nier: Automata World Guide - Volume 2": - critical hits only trigger for melee damage, causing 4x the damage. - the shock waves launched by Shockwave chip are not melee damage, but long range attack, so cannot cause critical hits. - critical hit rates are determined by the equipped weapon properties AND equipped Critical Up Chips. Critical Ups can increase rate up to 30%, I assume that the eventual effect by weapons that have "Critical +" simply adds together." Is the statement about critical true? I also saw other comments saying all Crit Up weapons add 10% crit chance except Cypress which adds 15%. If we use 30% Crit up plugins + 2 10% crit up weapon will we get 50% or 30%. Because this changes the optimal build greatly. Also do you have any idea how much holy blessing/dark impulse adds? And if they stacks with the same skills? Would appreciate a lot if you reply to this :)
Hey Shockwave crit too and are phy dmg. Taunt is faster than charge, just use 2 buttons so u can spam it faster. It's true that dmg is 4x of normal so u need to use 2 crit weapons for 2B to be faster.
Also holy blessing and dark Impuls increase dmg +100%, with the last stand combined u deal alot of dmg. U can self destruct befor entering the arena to be on 1hp for the boost

No you can simply go there after unlocking them. nier.fandom.com/wiki/Mysterious_Letter needs to be done. If you already after ending D, you can later use chaper select to go back there as 2B.
I know it's fake when I just watched the beginning. Even if you use +8 melee attack, critical, shock wave chip and taunt up chips , you cannot crash the shied with only one normal slash(and you even didn't do the taunt at all). It's not a skill impossibility, but a technical impossibility. Maybe the berserk A2 can, but 2B cannot. Just stop your fake show
Edit it thought u did mean adam & even fight. But here is the explanation why there shields broke, at 00:16 my full charged pod programm did hit both of the shields, with only this the first one lost his shield, since the other did get out of programm hitbox he keept his shield. This shield i removed later with the normal slash. I hope this helped. If u got any more questions, don't hestitade to answer.

Yes, in hard u are nearly one hit and on very hard u are one hit with one hit haha, also u can't use lock on for shooting

I did the arena from time to time without counting. At the end experience on what wave and on what moment to react correctly is the key.
