    It worked, thanks for the video!
    The adjustment of the belt can be a little finicky and in my case I noticed that even if it looked like the belt was moving to the right when the treadmill was on by itself, when I would start walking on it the belt would balance out and stay center 🤷🏻‍♂️

    • @Rudyworld
      @Rudyworld  2 года назад +2

      Yes, you are absolutely right. This was one of the reasons that I said, make sure you have plenty of time to adjust the belt. I got mine out of alignment and it took a while to get it back to working order. What I would do is take the screws all the way out or all the way in and turn both screws equal amount of turns, if it starts going sideways stop it quickly to avoid damage to the belt and try again.

    my treadmill is making a loud rubbing sound, sometimes the belt feels wobbly like it is catching... the belt looks centered, it's lubricated in fact, I did a lot more lubricating, running it a bit then adding more silicone to make sure the entire surface was lubed, too much? how do you tell if the belt needs to be tightened? it's two years old now, I only walk on it, not run, probably used four, five days a week... 40 mins to 2 hours...I'm concerned, a friend with the same model told me she tightened the belt and now is having problems with it. So, I didn't want to just tighten it to test that. No one in my area services treadmills... great video! I've been feeding the skinny tube under the treadmill to lube it, it's tricky.
    And, glad to see you purchased the same product, I couldn't find the lubricant shipped with the treadmill, the new one seemed a bit thinner. Nice to see it will work.
    My on/off switch burned out, fortunately, "on" so I have it plugged into a power strip. It's an ok product for the price.

    NOTE: This product works exactly as described. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxguEIMc_Qwab-3QMTpF6jaRL80hiOOsIN It originally earned a four-star review due to a minor defect (see below). However, the manufacturer's customer service rep (Lita) went above and beyond the call of duty and deserves five stars now. I wish I could give even more!I purchased this item which arrived quickly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. There was only one problem: One bolt did not screw into the hole properly. I called the company. Their customer service rep (Lita) was terrific! She took all my information and submitted a request to replace the defective part. I'm hoping to finish assembly and start using this treadmill soon. (Fingers crossed...)FOLLOW UP: Lita called back to inform me that the company will send a replacement part AND a technician(!!) to install it properly. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you!!

    Thank you so much for this great video! I was considering purchasing this unit...but I do wish it just had a port you put the lubrication in rather than squeezing it on the treadmill yourself.
    How much oil do you have to put on? The whole bottle? Half a bottle? A couple of squeezes?
    This video's a year old. How is the treadmill holding up? Is it still working ok?

    • @Rudyworld
      @Rudyworld  11 месяцев назад +1

      For that feature I am sure the price would go up. I definitely agree with you . When I first got it I loosened the belt and coated the underpad with zig zag lines. I did not want to make it too lubed just where the belt would slide nicely. I did this again at 6 months. Sometime I just put a little on the underside of the belt. I bought one of the treadmill lube bottles with a little hose and just a little will do. getting the belt tightened right is probably the hardest challenge. My treadmills, both are holding up very well. I have months that I use them a lot and some months I hardly use them at all. If I was a professional I would have bought a professional version but where would I put it to store it. This one if needs to be slides under my bed. I hope that helped, thanks for watching, if you have any other questions please feel free to ask.

    This was very difficult to see where you put the lubricant. Under the belt?

    • @Rudyworld
      @Rudyworld  8 месяцев назад

      Thanks for watching. After you loosen the belt, there is the pad that the belt makes contact with (it is made for it). This is the part I lubricate. As your machine gets past the first year it requires a little less lubrication. Unlike a treadmill at the gym, you should listen for any type of rubbing. The lube that I use has a little hose and I make a zig zag lines on the plate that I mentioned. You want to put just enough but not too much. If you feel or hear rubbings , it is time to check and possibly re lube. The area is on 5:51. I also have a few more videos on my play list about this treadmill in my playlist in the Treadmill Costway 2 in 1 Superfit section. I hope that helps let me know if I can help with anything else.

    My belt keeps shifting. I followed your video. I sent it to the best of my ability and then I tighten it up right to where it starts to get too tight on both sides. I hop on it, and then the top of the belt where the roller is at it starts to move where it’s showing a little bit of one side more than the other where the roller is at. Is that belt going to be shifting like that regardless of what you do?

    • @Rudyworld
      @Rudyworld  Год назад

      The adjustment is the hardest part of the procedure. I set some time because I may not always get it right. Some key points are to make sure the bolts are even and try to turn them at the same time or at least the same interval, half turn left then half turn right screw. When I feel that it is where I want it I turn it on slow and see if it stays. You also can't go too tight this could damage the belt. I run it slow and itf it moves I stop adjust and try again.

    I haven't used my treadmill for a while. How do you know when the belt needs to be oiled? I oiled it once when I received (I think as instructed in the manual) by lifting the belt and oiling in a zig zag pattern underneath (as suggested in another video). I think the idea of actually loosening the belt quite a bit to move it so it's evenly situated between the sides and to make room to oil under the belt was a good idea. Until now, I had been using the alan key to move the belt by degrees (one turn forward, one turn back, two turns,..). Your approach, to loosen it a lot then realign, seems much more logical. Thanks Rudolf, I'll try your suggestions.

    • @Rudyworld
      @Rudyworld  2 года назад +1

      Thank-you for watching. yah you have to be pretty precise when you tighten the belt, you will know if you are off sides because the belt will slide to one side and tuning it requires patience. The idea is to get the oil on not just the sides but, this task is not easy. I oil mine every 3 to 6 months. I also pay attention how much I am using the treadmill and keep an ear out for any weird noise or squeaks. I am glad I could help. thanks for the feedback.

    UPDATE: This solution is for the issue of the conveyor belt being stuck with code error E05. The treadmill turns on, the fuze is good, the motor is trying to go but the belt is not moving and producing a burning smell.
    In my case, the issue was the motor out of alignment and it could not spin the little side belt that’s connected to the main conveyor belt. When you take the top cover off, you can see if the motor is aligned parallel to the nearby components. If not, there are 2 bolts behind and under the motor that you can adjust it with and release any tension. Just make sure the bolts are tight again once you align the motor.
    My treadmill started spinning again once I aligned the motor. It did sound different than before though, perhaps some damage was already done when it got stuck, but so far the treadmill been running without any other issues. Good luck.

    • @Rudyworld
      @Rudyworld  8 месяцев назад +1

      I love it! Alignment is a big issue with this. I never had an issue with the small belt but yes you are right and that is exactly how to align it. While you are there you need to make sure the big treadmill belt is also aligned and not rubbing. I have two treadmills like this and I had that same burning smell. The motor may have been damaged or the heat from the motor might heat up the dust on the motor causing that smell. I am very happy that you got it to work. I usually respond to my comments within reasonable time but like everyone else I too get busy. I am glad it is working for you.

    • @Rudyworld
      @Rudyworld  Год назад

      You can call it tightening as well as tuning it. A loose belt can be very dangerous. Take your time to tune it and do it only if you feel that you can safely do it. It takes time. The hardest part is to get it straight so, it does not got to one side or the other.

    Have you had to adjust the folding riser (handle)? It is not staying in a fixed position, goes back and forward. It is supposed to be tightened while the riser is in a closed position, or in the open position, what position is the folding handle supposed to be in to do this?

      You can defiantly test it out. The lubrication depends if the manufacturer put any loobe on it when they shipped it. If you get grinding rubbing noises or it just feels rough it needs to be lubricated. However, note that the lubrication should be planned with time to make adjustments and to see if this is something you want to do yourself.

    Does any of it drip out on the floor as I’m using it on a rug

    • @Rudyworld
      @Rudyworld  8 месяцев назад

      The good thing about the lubricant, the recommended treadmill lubricant is that it is clear. I am here in Florida and my house does not have any carpet. The advantage of having it on a carpet is that it does dampen the noise. The disadvantage is that it also blocks a lot of the heat from venting out of the unit and it could pick up lint from the carpet as well as deposit the dirt from the treadmill into the carpet. If you are concerned about it being on the carpet you can purchase a hard rubber mat or even a yoga mat underneath it but make sure it does not slide. I hope that helps. Thanks for watching.

    2 questions. Are you supposed to only do the zigzag lines near each side of the treadmill and not any in the center? You didn’t show putting any lines in the center. My second question is what you do after you turn the treadmill back on? Do you let it just run for a few minutes without getting on it? If so, at what speed?

    • @Rudyworld
      @Rudyworld  2 года назад

      Great questions Logan. I would not so much concentrate on the pattern. You want to give it a light lube. Too much will make it slip for the motor. There is no need to saturate it. As far as the center, I can say if you can safely and comfortably loosen the belt where you can reach that area perfect. Give your self time to work on this. I have had it where I have spent more than an hour tuning it because I failed to allign it and the belt slid to one side.
      Best advice, some lube is better than no lube at all!
      Your second question, I would let it run for a little bit not only to distribute the lube but, to also see if you have it straight and be ready to hit the stop if the belt slides to one side or the other. If everything is running ok, then get on it and at a slow speed check to see if the belt is slipping. It is a balance between too loose and too tight belt. Thanks for watching.

    Does anyone know what battery goes into the remote? I want to make sure I put the correct ones in it. Please and thank you!

      It is a 2032. This is also the same battery that is used in motherboards to hold memory. You can buy it on Amazon, Best Buy, even Lowes.

      kind of crappy that you need the remote to even use it but they didn't supply one..the reason I got this is because I work in IT and sit at my desk all day so I luckily had a pack of these sitting around

    I can't see how much lubricant you put under it. The directions say to not over lubricate it.

    • @Rudyworld

      That is a great question. I apply a thin pattern light coat of lubricant. From the months that o have owned two of these I am starting to feel and hear it running squeeking or rubbing. The bottles they provide are small and I do get mine from Amazon. The initial lubrication needs to be better since I don't think they lube them at all out of the box.

    Hello
    I see you have a extended cord for your treadmill what type is it

    • @Rudyworld
      @Rudyworld  2 года назад

      Hey, sorry it has been a little busy for me at work. Because the treadmill uses quite a bit of power, I don't cheap out on the extension cord. I bought a 15Amp cord and kept the Leith to a minimum. I want to be able to turn my treadmill 180 degrees. You defiantly want a think cord.

    What are your stats? I am 6'2" and 230lbs so wanted to know if you have a similar build to me.
    Also, how do you like the length of the belt? is it long enough?

    • @Rudyworld
      @Rudyworld  2 года назад

      Personal question,lol. When I was looking at these I wanted a collapsible one. I was also looking at the weight. It is not a full size treadmill but for me 6ft 240lb it works perfectly fine.

    How u can reset?..or why mine is only go to speed 4.0..tnx

    • @Rudyworld
      @Rudyworld  2 года назад +1

      As far as resetting, the only reset I know is unplugging it for a period of time. I am not sure on the limit of 4.0. The 3.0 limit is there for the railing, if the railing is up it can go faster, if the railing is down it will top out at 3.0

    I have E05 error on my superfit..what do I need to do

    • @Rudyworld
      @Rudyworld  2 года назад

      This looks like an error between the motor and the sensor. I would check the connections on everything if you are comfortable to do so. Especially between the motor and the sensor. Did this work before? Did it stop working while you were on it? One day would not come on?

    Do you have to lubricate it before first use?

    • @Rudyworld
      @Rudyworld  Год назад +1

      I would hope that when the product was shipped to you, they put some lube on it. The I would do it soon, to ensure a longer life of the motor. If it is not lubed, you will hear it, and the motor has to work harder and when this goes on for a while, that friction will shorten the life of the motor. The lubrication is something that does take time to do right.
