I hiked up there in 1990. There were less than a dozen of us. Wow, how things have changed!
at one point they banned hiking it but looks like that didn't hold up for very long
When did you do this? I could do a jeep!
last time I was in bali

she couldn't join on this trip but well be back in a couple months together to see other places in indonesia!
What did you have to do to be considered a Bali “local” rather than a “foreigner”?

if you have a KITAS (residency) visa then you get local price on a lot of attractions/tickets/etc.
