@@CaptivateTeacher I agree with you there. Our users never use their cell phones or tablets, always use the same desktop computers so the restrictions have been an adjustment. I do like a lot of the features of new captivate, (that new review feature was a game- changer!) but it's cool they are possibly exploring a bit more of a balance!
I believe it was always their intention to implement non-responsive design. I think they just wanted to get the responsive design stuff working first. I know their goal is to have parity with features from Captivate 2019.

I think this opens up the possibility of non responsive projects which is something I've wanted from the beginning of the All-new Adobe Captivate.
