    I owe so much of my crafting to Mr. Boom and his wonderful jigs for the Proxon. Now we get to see the master himself showing us how to craft? Superb! More please! 🤪

    Magnificent! I have to say that the best advertisement for your Dome Cutter tool was just imagining how badly I would do at free handing it! Good thing I already bought one! Consider my mind blown by your skill set! 😁

    Fantastic video. Thanks for sharing. It helps immensely with planning own projects to see, how you approach that stuff.
    I only need to find some inspiration and ideas for some cyberpunk ideas.

    When you are cutting the layers off of the hexagon shapes, is there a reason you leave the outer layers on the piece while cutting the next? Couldn't you just slide the outermost "ring" off and not need to adjust your fence?

    • @Shiftinglands
      @Shiftinglands  9 месяцев назад +1

      Yes you could but......
      sometimes the inner part is not as nicely cut as the outer layer and when you work in 2 or three layers you might get more and more irregular cuts. So just as a precausion I use the outer layer to guide the block while cutting inner layers out.

      @@Shiftinglands Copy and paste won't let me embed the video in the newsletter. It's a setting for your channel that you've turned on (to disallow videos to be posted elsewhere).

      The embedding and sharing is on, so it should be working. Are you able to get the embed code? -Ruben
