It’s definitely fun again. 2 big things I hope they change. 1. The stupid filter from the gas mask, hate that you have to stow it so you can see clearly. 2. Better anti-cheat. There’s already cheaters it’s not a giant problem but worried it’ll get as bad as WZ1
@@SmEiF- What do you mean, zero response from anti cheat? You don't think they actually reach out to you and tell you what they've done?

@last_orders I swear in wz2 they would let you know if your report caused a ban due to exploit or hacking

Im honestly loving it, agreed its a few tweaks away from being great. From feeling like a chore playing WZ2 to actually getting that WZ1 fun feel back. Hope you similarly enjoy more making content for it!
Agreed, I’ve been dipping my toes back into Warzone and it isn’t a miserable nightmare like MW2 was.

I'd prefer it if the gas mask just automatically equips as soon as you have 1 foot in the gas, but get rid of the animation so that it can't interrupt any gameplay. That was the main problem with the gas mask and how they changed it to Warzone 3's system just ends up adding 1 more thing to worry about, so it makes sense why these players just equip it from the start. I mean you get the protection from gas grenades but I really don't see them get used all that often
Literally the fix I’ve been screaming about since verdansk. It’s truly the easiest fix they could do in the game. And still havnt done it 4 years later.
Its not a fix. Equipping the gas mask is an advantage that should be compensated at least bij some vision
I think it’s easier to just wear the gas mask than just taking it off. Saves the little frustration when gas comes in or if you go into it.
Agree. Stowing and taking a backpack spot is foolish. The visual disturbance is minimal, mostly vignette. If it impacts your gameplay, I imagine visual recoil cripples you.

My one major complaint right now is the economy. I play quads with my friends a lot, and it feels like playing resurgence half the time with how easy it is to constantly revive people. Getting 10+ kills on one team is fun once or twice, but it's really frustrating when you are trying to rotate and position only to see the same team behind you again fully restocked because one of them escaped to a buy station for 3 revives and another loadout. I hope they significantly lower the amount of money you keep on death.
Yk I don't usually run into this issue, in the big br modes I find everyone likes to run away or not even move at all, i rarely get pushed, always doing the pushing against everyone else camping on roofs or in buildings, I prefer resurgence cause people are playing more aggressive knowing they can come back
I don't play quads, but I disagree with your points. When regaining is long and tedious, it's frustrating for the last person alive and it's boring for the teammates that have to watch him. They are forced to play scared while looting for several minutes. And also with the shorter matches, by the time you regain it's already end game.
This is one of the things I like lol. More opportunities to revive.
The worst is when you're fighting a team and they keep calling mortars...one game we had like 6 mortars called on us back to back...meanwhile, I'm trying to call in a precision/mortar back at them and it says "airspace isn't clear for ## sec" like, seriously?
Today i played for like 7h straight which didnt happen in months. My kills went up, even got a win with my duo and the game was legit FUN! Progress is always great!
For anyone wondering. It’s Square or X on Xbox controller, to EQUIP or STOW a SELF REVIVE. It is Square or X on Xbox controller, to EQUIP a gas mask. It is down on the directional pad to STOW a GAS MASK.
the gunplay feels way better with the mw3 integration, it even looks better now, the game has definitely improved

A lot of people don’t know that you can just stow the gas mask when you find it to equip later
For Snipers they def need more flinch. Especially if they make the TTK slower across the board.
Sniping is a skill flinch is already bad
Fuun? Ttk is crazy and we just fight with sweats all the time, I used to win one or two matches a day, now, I feel lucky if we get to top 5
I leave my mask equipped.. if you stow it, it takes a tick off of it unless they fixed that but it doesn't bother me. I do wonder if it messes with aiming at all
The RAM rips people from mid range. Very accurate and fast firing. At long range if you can mount on something, it beams, same as I remember in WZ1. In WZ1 it had an exceptionally good mount multiplier.
I typically stow gas mask until mid to late game then I just throw it on so I have another backpack space.
For me it's 50/50 with either stowing the gas mask or wearing it the whole time. It just depends on the situation with each match
I love it....way better than what it was before. And bringing back a lot of my verdansk buddies.
I just wear my mask the whole game. Visibility isn't bad at all and it saves you from doing the animation ever again.
It's crazy how many MW2 /WZ2 known bugs got carried over to MW3 /WZ3.
They have the same bugs because all of them use the same Engine. MW3 will have MW2 or WZ3 will havw WZ bugs cause its using the same system with some tweaks and upgrades. But they will always have similiar issues
I know, that's why it is so insane. Most of these bugs are Beta like bugs, which should've been resolved already in MW2. The fact people had to spend 140-200 on the old and this new release is the insane part to me. They are more concerned about pumping out cosmetic packs for the store, than to resolve these simple issues.@@jeremybrown9611
I hate having the gas mask on while I’m trying to play and there’s not enough slots to stow it. I only pick one up if it’s endgame.
It is fun again for those that play with controller mostly, considering the crazy Aim Assist that is on right now.
Those first 2 gunfights wow 🤣🤣. Here's my having to actually be accurate when I shoot, I swear people on controller are playing a different game.

Yeah the first gunfight looked especially weird because the player was getting the first few hit markers without actually hitting the target!? I think that has more to do with lag delay than aim assist.
I usually just keep it on so I can save an inventory spot for an extra stack of plates or a killstreak or something. I don't think the visibility is drastically worse with it on although I could def do without it.

I had a few hundred hours in WZ1 and maybe like three in WZ2. WZ3 feels like it's in a good state for now imo.

The stalker on chart has more damage or the same damage as the Katt so why doesn’t it one shot? It’s very weird to me

I just wear the mask, my backpack is always full of plates, lethals, tacticals and extra streaks.

I can't believe what I witnessed at the end there
The ram has some kind of issue when switching guns it just gets stuck and doesn't let you aim for a good second.
There is also a glitch (maybe intentional?) where you can't go prone after jumping. I hold the crouch button to go prone but after performing a jump it just gets stuck in crouch position. Also happens after slide cancelling if using jump button to cancel it.
Idk if these are intentional or not but i hope the can fix them. Maybe you could make a video on these things or a tweet.
Ram 7 is an absolute laser.

ngl it feels like aim assist is stronger recently. was a hybrid mnk and controller player in 2019 and they felt abt equal, in this game brand new players are melting great players. i had to sell my controller but im about to rebuy one because its just so powerful rn. thoughts?

That ground loot RAM is actually pretty good. It's good for close to medium range. Also Does anyone know why the last 2 barrels on the RAM are locked and don't say how to unlock them

For the gas mask just depends on the gas circle, if it's near i will put it and wear it till the end just so i do not get caught having to equip it in the gas,, if i got it super early just stow it and stop thinking about it until it's needed :D but the visibility is good with it, but i hope we just don't have the outlines like it was in Zombies before but that a bug that got fixed :/

i can live with gasmask always on. I only unqeuip it if its almost broken and i'm nowhere near the zone. and the backpack is too small to stow gasmasks in. I need my full backpack of radars hehehe.
edit: we need more 1 shot snipers. Make each for different range. Something only up to 50m, something to 75m,... doesn't have to be into infinity.

I genuinely think that Warzone is in the best state its ever been in since the end of Verdansk. There are some things that need to be fixed like the shadowban system and the general pacing of the game. I think there should be more people in the game. 120 up for me
I wear gas mask - the visual obstruction is very minor and I just think an extra slot is too valuable. As you’ve said before, will be perfect if they just add a dedicated slot. Personally not a fan of one shot sniping - I just don’t think it’s fun, but I totally get why people do enjoy it and it’s not totally broken so not the end of the world.
I hear ya. It's balanced now. The problem is if you can't one shot snipe it makes sniping unplayable which is a huge part of the community
@@NIPPY.415 Yeah totally get you and I know that for some casuals, hitting a long shot one shot will totally make there evening which is why I’m cool with it with the balance currently. I just don’t really snipe personally and I think they’ve done such a good job of taking out so much of the BS of the last year which meant it wasn’t fun, and getting one shot sniped randomly, especially when you are having a really good game, is just so not fun.

I just wear the gas mask and stow an extra when I can. It's one less thing to worry about later on. And I don't even notice the visibility thing after a few seconds of wearing.

Coming from a person who played all through warzone 1 with a passion and stopped playing after the first season of mw2, this game is a blessing. Makes me want to re-chase my childhood dreams of becoming a competitive pro. I would absolutely love if there would be a dedicated bind for equipping/unequipping the gas mask. I play on mnk so I might be biased but I’m sure there must be a free button on the d-pad for controller or something that you could easily tap for the gas mask. Kind of like a field upgrade. Leave the gas mask on the whole time. Saves a slot to stow stuff. Also it takes too long to get it out and put it on using controller. I'd personally go back to auto animations

I think what chat meant about a bind to stow/equip was one that you can press without having to open the backpack. And I agree.
I'm not fumbling around to equip the mask in a dicey circle 7 with someone pushing up on me. Easier in controller for sure but that got me killed the first time. I tried it so now I just wear it.
I'm honestly having fun again for sure. The MP and Resurgence are slapping and I don't even bother with gas masks anymore. Too awkward.
I never stow the gas mask, just seems like a waste of a backpack slot when it doesn't change visibility really to just wear it. One less thing to worry about remembering to put it back on later. I LOVE that there is no more gas mask animation when going in and out of the gas!
So damn good imo. Just as a casual. Enjoyed zombies, multi, and really enjoying resurgence now.

When the gas mask breaks thats when you cant see very well. So how about just hold a button down and it takes it off. Going into a backpack to take something off your face is just silly lol
It's still warzone 2 though idk where you guys keep getting 3 from its the equivalent of when cold war was put into wz1.
Edit: that being said this integration has been amazing and its actually been fun playing it again. Gets the heart racing like og wz would.

At first i was unequipping it and stowing until i needed it but lately I've been just wearing it the whole time, you barely notice it's on after a little bit. I really only play resurgence, have only played a handful of urzikstan games.
I wish they would just reduce the visual recoil of MW2 weapons.
