@jasonlancaster3281 Heat cramps can be tough, especially in that extreme Houston heat! Stay hydrated, take breaks in a cool place, and consider electrolyte-rich drinks to help. If it gets worse, don't hesitate to seek medical attention. Stay safe!
I did not know it could cause shortness of breath and heat cramps. I work on a flight line and it was 96 degrees/85% humidity, so w hard labor it messed me up horribly. I’ve puked 5x so far and I swear I was drinking more than the people around me. I’m now in bed shivering w AC at 70 degrees. Any idea why
I’ve had heat cramps and dehydration a few times, it sucks. Had to go to the ER once. Stay in the shade while it’s hot outside and hydrate days leading up to that day.
For last two months i am walking 2 hours a day and pain in my legs slowly kept increasing now i took some days off to rest . It is third day of rest and pain has increased even more
They recommend if you suspect heat cramp to stop for serveral hours, i work by the hour my boss wouldnt just let me sit off the clock, and i need my hours, but this is almost an everyday thing so i cant just sit down for several hours a day
@dianaross6674 Heat cramps are serious and require attention, but I understand your situation. It's essential to stay hydrated, take short breaks when possible, and stretch regularly to prevent cramps. If this continues, consider discussing your condition with your boss to find a solution that keeps you healthy while maintaining your hours.
I'm having all these problems right now. 106 in Houston Texas
