Mine does have the spots. These trees are so resilient I'm going to keep an eye on the leaves for now. I don't like to spray unless I have to. You could try a good fertilizer to get yours to fruit. I like 10-10-10. Do you have pollinators in your yard? Watch my video on pollinators. They are so important to have as well.

I see yours have some black spott like mine. Both of my reds and my yellow. Mine dont seem to like humidity. They are also young and not fruiting.
