That man you keep seeing at 0:02 , 3:30, and 4:30, is Will Rogers, famous American humorist and actor. He was killed in a plane crash in Alaska in 1935.

Those buildings are so enormous and beautiful! I have to wonder how tiny humans made them without todays technology and could we even manage it today.

A most fascinating representation of the Dolschstosslegende Germany. Full of understandable resentments and frightening omens. Bussing at 8. 10 onwards - look them up.

NAzis are present, but the Party was not yet in power. Much seems to be a Veteran's Day of some sort.....all the old retired Generals of first world War...including Africa's LEttow-Vorbeck in his characteristic Slouch Hat...

    At 3.56 mark... eeeeh...😬...
    "Sans soucis" ? "I should worry"🤨
Yeah, sure... I should worry that whoever wrote that pretends to know French🤬
    "Sans soucis" means "without worries/problems"...🤦‍♂️
Some palaces and buildings with this name refers to a "carefree life" which royals and noblesse had..
    "I should worry" 🤣
Yeah, my name is Dorothy, but only on Wednesdays, odd weeks and when wearing moldy socks

"I should worry" was American slang (based on Yiddish, I think) for "Not my problem," so the translation isn't bad. A bit folksy, maybe, but probably meant to cut all the European pomp and ceremony down to size.
