    They should have left it at Kelly Airbase. When they disassembled it to ship Ohio to be put into an air museum, they had no idea how much it’d cost to restore a plane made from magnesium alloy.

      Had they left it there, it would have been scrapped as by now it was unsafe to be around. Look at the fate of the BUFF at the D-M preserved lineup (on the corner of Quijota Blvd and Craycroft Rd.)
