God, the way Dawon just got to shine in Last Sequence made me so happy. And the last 15 seconds of As You Wish are like a religious experience, I can't explain how much I love it.
'As You Wish' for WJSN is kinda like their Mariah Carey 'All I Want For Christmas Is You', but for New Years. They hit the jackpot with that song fr. It tops the charts every year and is arguably one of their most famous songs, especially in Korea since it's believed to be good luck if you listen to it on New Years 🧧

"As You Wish" is also a favorite among Koreans as they have a superstition that the first song of the year you listen to will affect you for your entire year. I think this song will be around for a LONG time.
When you watch WJSN The Black "Easy", make sure you watch both the original MV and then the Director's Cut version. They're totally different and both totally worth it.

you don’t KNOW how proud i am of soobin for her high note in butterfly it always makes me so emotional because in a group with Yeonjung and Dawon also as main vocalists she often gets pushed to the back but she absolutely killed that note and shined so much

This era definitely saved wjsn....it allowed them to do all their subsequent subunits and get on queendom 2 and survive the whole chinese split (and in my opinion their most conplete songs)
Actually, there werent supposed to be on Queendom2, it was the Korean public reactions and pleas to the Queendom PD to cast them that got them into the show.
Every upcoming weeks/days to new years everybody goes into the comment section of as you wish and makes their wishes for the year. Since as you wish is THE new years song:) its so heartwarming

Also, the run of outfits they had for the live stages in music shows during those 3 (iirc) weeks of promotion is unbeatable. Last sequence is my most listened song in 2022 on Spotify. Such a great song, elegant and summer song. I listened to the song over 70 times after it released, i did dance cover, karaoke and I'm still obsessed 😅

Not really. They already said after re-signing they are having solo schedules. Exy and Bona are currently filming a movie and drama Seola is a radio presenter Yeoreum is with EL7 up Yeonjung and Soobin did a musical together Dayoung is doing 12 variety shows at once. Soobin has two variety shows Luda was filming two web dramas. Eunseo is currently finishing college as she needs to finish it by next summer or lose her place. Only Dawon is not doing anything atm. Rot at basement. I think they are the busiest 3rd gen group at present.

But I think they need more exposure to the international fanbase as well. K-pop is growing to the international market and groups are getting more competitive at sales.
