@@motivatedtravel Right on, and thanks. Been looking at this trip for years, and finally ready to go next September. Curious about which rooms have views of the right. Another question: How'd it end up with the drop ins? I get all crazy when anyone drops in on my 15 year old daughter!
@@davidp6780 Yeah I'm the same with my son. At the Right, no worries. A few snakes that were 50-50.... people paddling past and going way up the line-up, then catching the next wave through. But no drop-ins. On some of the other breaks, it was fine while it was just people from the resort. A few times a boat load of people from elsewhere turn up and the standard dropped. But overall my 13 year old got plenty of waves without hassle and was mostly respected. The rooms with a view of the wave run along the north side of the island. I think there are one bedroom and two bedroom variants called Beach Villa - you just need to book one between rooms 130 to 140 roughly... maybe down to 150. No, I don't think it is that much. Depending on the size of your party and if you're including accommodation it gets expensive, but I still don't think it ends up being that much.
Definitely a great family surfing destination. Waves to suit microgrommets through intermediate and advanced levels
I'd happily go back!
I can't find your room review video? What should I look under? Trying to go there in September, Thanks, D
Hi David, apologies, I haven't got it uploaded yet. Got a little snowed under with work, but will let you know as soon as I do.

What month were you there?
I was there end of July. Was there winter, but still very hot.
@ how did you find the sharp reef? I’ve never surfed reef before, only ever sand banks
@@jaredebeling1412 Fine mate. Not sharp at all really. It's sharper in Sydney. Wear some booties and you'll be sweet.
nice!
Yeah it's super fun.
Does it cost $1000 US, pp per day?
