- 4 Days Backpacking in the Colorado Wilderness... The Lost Creek Wilderness to be exact.
Part 1 - • The Best Backpacking L...
Part 2 - • The Best Backpacking L...
This Loop is Amazing!!!
Each section is completely different from the next. This is a must-do backpacking loop like nothing I've done before in Colorado.
Day 3 of our 4-day backpacking adventure begins with a river crossing. We have a few miles along the river bottom on the McCurdy Park Trail before we begin our climb up towards the Goose Creek Trail and eventually over to the Wigwam Trail.
We completed 12.4 miles with 3016 ft in vertical climb and 2094 ft in descent.

Glad to see you highlight the use of a backcountry bidet. Really wish more people knew about it. Such a cleaner and less wasteful way to manage your cleanup!
The trouble is trying to figure out how to highlight it and still be tasteful...🤣
Lovely work my friend, shots are truly gorgeous here. Rock formations are great!
The LCW has some really amazing formations and views. That is for sure.
Thanks for watching and commenting!
I really enjoyed that River Basin area. There are a lot of great rock formations.
Wet but fun.
If I was solo, I probably would have spent some more time exploring that area as I bet there are some really cool features off the beaten path...
Another bidet convert! Try following up with Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap. Works great to keep things clean, cool, and lower the risk of chaffing.
I'll have to add that to the list to try! thanks!!!
What month did you guys do this?
We did it over the 4th of July.
