Nice review video! I have the sj alloy s4 with the rockshock fork I bought new in 2022. It was my first fs mtb and I just wanted to try an entry level model. Now after riding it a couple of years I had to replace my rear tire due to a slice on the sidewall. Luckily I too have tubeless setup.I ended up putting a Maxxis Rekon tire on the rear and love it. It rolls faster than the purgatory. I haven't swapped out my butcher front yet but will eventually add another Maxxis tire. Specialized tires are great but I wanted to see how the Maxxis tires are. I'm debating upgrading my suspension to Fox or just buy the new sj 15? Have 2 bikes incase one is down.
cool I mean if there's nothing wrong with the bike its a lot cheaper to just upgrade the suspension! Also yea I heard about maxxis rollin better, I actually have a pair on my specialized fuse
