takes me back 30 years before all thesse bloody commercials .i would be happy catching 2 pound of gudgean than go on commercial ive just been on the shroppy in chester for the first ime in years . we used to fish close season matches at market drayton 30 years ago on the coal warf on weds pete hargrieves dave angel dave bannard tony barker berrows when you was in the coin you new you was on the right path 😂 they were great men in great days

I did a feature with my mate Rob Brennan for Pole fishing magazine at Market Drayton marina back when there was still a close season in our region, many years ago. It was absolutely solid with fish!

@@davebrownfishing i used to go there the first week of the worm and joke end oct / nov with my partner put 2 pints in 13 mtre fish caster 😂😂 skimmers and hybrids on a weds this was before they built them houses and dont the moorings its only 2 ft now 13mter used to be 4 and a half foot past 14.5 mtre get bagging
