Guys just bought his premium video's and i just wanna say its worth it ! I recommend it to everyone to learn boxing from a different perspective & and different feeling. Not gonna lie its 100% worth it.
Jeez on the 7 round I notified something wrong ahahah and I did 2 shift 2 switch 3 and on the break I did 6-5-4-3 step back 2-1 ....than again round 8...my god coach it was tough ( but we here to be tough 💪) thanks a lot for this amazing workout!
This was my first time trying one of your workouts. I trained bjj and kickboxing for years but have not worked out in years as well(life circumstances). I really enjoyed the few rounds I did and look forward to incorporating more of your workouts to my week to week going forward
Can you do some virtual pad workouts again? I love the heavy bag workouts but sometimes my hands and wrists are sore. Love all your videos and how much you’ve helped me get back into shape 👊🏼
Maybe someone has already mentioned this, but I use the rest between round 7 and 8 to do the missing combo in round 7. Then I go all the way till the end. I hope it helps.

I’ve done this workout a number of times and I have def noticed an improvement, love the combos, however it never fails to nearly kill me every time.
