This was wonderful. Aging(ed) combat sports athlete since '95 at 43 years old here. Great way to mix things up and you leave room to include kicks, knees, elbows and even ground and pound when its time to work inside if drilling another discipline. What an amazing discovery this past week. Can't believe I slept on your channel man. Love this stuff. Thank you!!

Hi what heavy bag do you recommend . I’m 16.7 stone but looking to lose least half stone .. I’ve not boxin in about 5 years and just turned 50 , and looking at subscribing to some of your lessons .. can you advise please .. cheers jamie
