Well deserved award - as well as being an inspitational dancer, he has totally rejeuvinated BRB where he is now the director. He has brought fresh ideas and I feel that the standard of dancing has lifted back up to where it was under the directorship of Sir Peter Wright. Well done Carlos! It was lovely to see how touched he was by the award too :)
