Yeji's vocal color is sharp yet a bit deep & a bit soft at the same time to me. It fits really well with how she looks and how she dance and how she speaks somehow & that's like a big point in JYPE, sing as in how you speak & look so no wonder she's like their Ace there they even sent her to The Fans show back then when she was a trainee lol.

Yes! Lee Mujin is a phenomenal singer who’s so so good at accompanying his partners, never overpowering them but pacing himself to complement his partners. I first came across him doing a duet with Ailee, and ever since then I’ve been a fan. Also I’m a casual listener of Itzy, and I am super duper impressed with Yeji! I wasn't expecting this, especially because people don't always give ITZY their credit in vocals. Maybe it's because I haven't heard "eight" in years, but I started bawling once Yeji starting singing it. It's a song about grief and moving into life carrying happy memories, even though carrying them bears weight. I was unexpectedly comforting. I can tell she has matured a lot since her debut (all of ITZY tbh), and to sing these very different songs requires having lived very different life experiences. I'm so proud of her!
