Hey Devon Your the man. I started arm wrestling about a year ago and I love the saying I am way too strong 💪🤣 I always use it when I arm wrestle the boys. Keep your head up 🏆
In order for your bicep to heal well you have keep your arm wrapped up and tied up right wrist close to shoulder to take all the flex out of a bicep and the healing process only takes a 2-4 days. This lets the muscle to completely relax and heal itself, I had a similar tear on my arm and it just wasn’t healing for months, I had bad pain and discomfort even shooting up to the shoulder to where the bicep connects, finally found a good muscular therapist and he suggested the resting it tied up like I described palm up close to shoulder to where it’s comfortable and what do you know my arm healed in less than a week! Try doing this atleast when you sleep and it will be night and day difference
my little girl just turned 3 and she has a little fever today so we snuggled all day. around the time she was born I saw habree in that running video you made, and thought 'wow that's some great work' feels like only yesterday and I wasn't ready to see her so grown up in this video today haha.
