Wade these slugs are made to be shot with a tail wad to stabilize their flight. Great video as always from you brother. I'm getting the Svarog Paradox mold to go with my other mold, the Svarog Italian fire plug mold. I like the 1 oz. version on deer, it flattens them out and saves a lot of tracking for sure. Now that I've seen this Paradox big heavy I'm going to have to try it myself. It is kind of overkill for deer but I'll bet for hogs or bear they will perform great. P.S. I also like to cast mine with pure lead to get the most expansion and they hit like a mack truck. :) Be blessed, Buck Tales

That old 870 was slinging them pretty good. I have a old Wingmaster 870 and I wouldn't trade it for anything. It's a do it all without complaint shotgun rain, sleet, or snow.

I just ordered a paradox and a botfly from a website for a store located in Paris, France. $100 per mold and and $68 shipping to my neck of the woods in California. Definitely plan on acquiring some of Mr. Goodell’s gen 2 wads for the paradox slugs.

Those svarog “special” wads are kinda hard to get right now, just like everything else. And they’re not cheap either, at $80 for 500 wads. But considering what pre made slugs from Gulandi cost, it’s not bad. But if you can find the wads, I suggest buying 1000 or so. Because just like the mold, they go outta stock quick. I got 1000 of em, so I think that’ll be good for awhile.
