Am I the only one who absolutely adores Saffron’s mom? 😂 she’s so cheeky and yet nurturing! I am so sorry about your family’s travel troubles, but I’m glad everyone made it in the end! Btw loved the bit where you guys were talking amongst each other in the hotel, it reminded me so much of me and my family 😂
The cabin crew sign on at a different time to the flight usually a couple of hours and they have a time limit so if they go over that legally they can’t fly. So they then have a reserve crew who can come on, do the flight and it’s legal for them to fly. They have crew rest on board. I hope this makes sense. I so hope you all get your trip! Oh and on most flights especially long haul at the front or back of the plane in the valley they usually have snacks out for passengers
My parents recommended me and hubby to pack into two cases between us, so if one is lost you both or all still have some stuff...

Keep spare set of underwear& T shirt shorts face cloth ( if its a warm place your visiting). Small bag with mini toothbrush toothpaste,deodorant,shower gel/ soap )
You just never know with your case when traveling . At least you have some fresh clothing to change in too .
Happen twice to a family member they were glad they did pack this . A swimsuit / trunks. So you can at least go swimming once at your hotel / airb&b luckly the case was brought to them day later .

What kind of first class flight has no snacks? Usually they give you whatever you ask for. You could have asked for some ice cream or M&Ms. You've paid a millionty pounds, get the most out of it.

Thank you for the recognition of cabin crew! Passengers need to remember that while they aren’t getting any food, neither are the crew! Then the crew have lost their job for the day and lost a lot of money from that job :( x

were they flying with British airways? If so the radford family flew to the USA with them and never got there cases back for months

In no way am I laughing at your family's misfortunes... but this vlog had me laughing so hard!🤣🤣🤣 I loved it!!! This is my FAVORITE type of vlog ... especially the end when the whole Barker clan is sitting in the hotel together just talking shit like a normal family. It reminds me of me & my family on holiday. We always shared one room & bickering half the time. Lol

If you you travel as partners, it might be a trick to split up the clothes of both people into both suitcases, so if one suitcases is lost, both still have some clothes to wear.
If you are flying BA club again on the way back, go to the galley and there’s a bunch of snacks you can have for free. Just grab a handful. There’s fruit, crisps, chocolate, biscuits and nuts.

Top top. When you fly business on BA they have a snack but they open with crisps, fruit, chocolate etc just ask cabin crew. They did this when I was crew so I’m assuming they still do

In club / business class cabin you have the club kitchen….many people don’t know about it, but you have all the snacks you could want from yogurts to sandwiches, pitta bread with hummus & chocolates and crisps - it’s all included xx

Is there any need to brag how expensive the hotel is. It’s not necessary when people are struggling to even live myself included I can’t even afford to put my heating on for my kids so to see people rubbing in things like this is so insensitive
It’s not insensitive, I struggle to put the heating on some weeks etc but I’m not bitter towards people who can afford to live like this. Because saffron has worked hard for her money. Imagine if it was you and people were saying to you ‘oh don’t show off you’ve got money’ you wouldn’t be very happy either
