We hope that the manuscript will be translated into English as soon as possible because it will help us to deepen both the history of East Africa and the primary role of Banaadiri thinkers in the international relations of the Horn of Africa beyond the already documented pioneering participation in the spread of Islam in Africa. Kudos to Skeikh Salim bin Saleh bin Ali al-Siyabi for having discovered and valorized this rare manuscript that opens new scenarios and promotes new research on the Omani-Banaadiri links.
