I discovered this style hanger a little over a year ago and I absolutely love them. I have a couple of very heavy mirrors hung with these and have had zero issues. My only issue was alignment when I had to use two hangers on a very long, horizontal piece. The brand I have doesn’t include the marker like the 3M brand. I’ll look for those next time!
Thanks for doing this!. I've been wanting to hang my 40lb mirror on a wall for a long while now and I've seen these Claws at Home Depot, but I was always very skeptical of their ability to hold up the mirror. I was scared that the weight of the mirror would pull off a huge chuck of my wall off if these didn't hold. Thanks for volunteering to be the "guinea pig."
Great demonstration, thank you! Personally, with kids running around my house I choose to always double up on my hangers so i have some redundancy in case one fails. I would hate for anything to fall on my kids. So if my mirror is 45 lbs, i use two hangers that have a rating above 45 lbs for each hanger. I will check these claws out! Thanks!
Great video. I purchased the 3M claws several months ago to hang a heavy piece of art. I have yet to hang it. Afraid of how these will hold up over time hanging on just drywall 🤔 I attempted to hang it yesterday and backed out🐣
I have been a janitor for years and i had to use a lot of hangers, that's why i prefer the plastic ones that you screws because they are not expensives and i never removed them,i just screw them a little bit more and put plaster over it but i have to admit that your product is easier to use.
Wow - looks like an excellent product! Appreciate the review & sharing. I'm not near a Target, checked other sources. Available on Amazon & Lowe's, actually cheaper at Lowe's.
Once again a very informative video! Do they make a hanger for something heavier than 65 pounds? Of course, then it may rip the wall down! lol In your previous video you showed a deleciouis looking dish so it made me think that with your on camera skills you could certainly make cooking videos! Have a happy Mothers Day!🍻
That looks a lot better than a traditional hook just due to the fact that there is only one hook, not a hook below a nail where it is tricky to get the wire on the hook while blind.
Wow wish I had these 10 years ago. Have ordered some as need to move six pictures up to center above my new wainscoting I will be installing next week. Strangely here in Europe the 45lb version was the cheapest so ordered those despite only needing about 10lb. Not sure I would like a heavy mirror hanging from them though.
The wire in the back should not be straight. It should be longer that the distance between the fixing points. With a straight wire the force to break it can be much higher that the weight of the frame.
I love having my nails done lol. But I also can get a surprising amount of construction/dirty work done with these glue-on nails. They're pretty indestructible.
So couple things, even if you use two it doesn’t add any extra weight rating. Like two 65 lb hangers are still only rated for 65 lbs so it’s redundant to use two. Also, with two hooks it’s much harder to hang because you need both to catch the wire and you often can’t see behind the thing you’re hanging to make sure they caught.
Happy Mother's Day to you. But did you know there is a country called Palestine in the Middle East. How is Mother's Day being celebrated on Mother's Day? They spend their days hugging the dead bodies of their children. It is a very sad farewell scene. 15000 children have died in 7 months due to the brutality of the illegal occupying state of Israel in Gaza, Palestine. I am a regular viewer of your RUclips channel. I know you are also a mother. You will understand the pain of a mother and support Palestine. Stand against genocide. Thank you. .
Thank you for reviewing this! I could NEVER figure out how people successfully hung heavy paintings and mirrors. Now, problem solved! Great work!
There are many other even more secure anchors to hang heavy stuff, this is just another new one.

Another good review of a good product Melissa! The reflection in the mirror showed a good DIYer, and a loving Mother. Happy Mothers Day tomorrow!
Thank you!

It'll hold! Go get 'em :)
Melissa, you are so smart ans so incredibly beautiful. Thank you very much for sharing your bright light with us!
That's actually a pretty cool product. I'd never heard of it. Thanks for the info.

They look pretty good. Thanks for the review. Cheers.

I can't wait to try these out. Thanks for sharing!
I was just looking at getting these and you post a video. Perfect timing!
Glad it was helpful for you!
Very informative video thanks so much for sharing enjoyed watching
omg my husband swears by them! I have 2 mirrors hanging in my house by those and I have to say they work very well!!
Beautiful video - so are you. Nicely done.
Wow - looks like an excellent product!

Reflection looks great to me.

I’ll be picking a few of these up, for sure.
Love the thumbnail
There is no more effort to fill either the larger or smaller hole IMO, great comparison of products😀
You saved the day ❤

Totally! I hate that!
thank you ❤
Did you do this on located stud ?
or anywhere on drywall would work ?
Very helpful video
I like these things, but they are pricey. Maybe they're cheaper in the mother ship of Minnesota. Hillman makes a version that is a bit less expensive.

I trust ‘em!
This is sooo helpful; thanks!
Awesome, glad it was helpful for you
I usually put on the expanding butterfly drywall fittings type.. will hold on better..
Definitely not, those are worse than any of the four hangers I compared in this video
Really? WOW! Very informative!
Cool!! Thanks Melissa.
Love your videos!! You do great work! You are so cute!!😍😍😘
Yes, I did that... it is good 👍
Good stuff!

Can this be used on stucco columns?
That thing on your hip, is that a microphone? If so, what kind?
Great. Thanks, now I have to go buy heavy stuff so I have a need for these. Ha kidding. Game changer though
I'm still more impressed that after 4 kids you are freaking tiny.
There is no way that tiny beauty weighs 126 pounds
so nice !
OUTSTANDING ; o ......
Heavy, like 65lbs. Will cut the drywall as it settles. It will fail if the wall gets overly damp.
Sticky spot marker is a very good idea. Leave it to 3M.
You are gorgeous!
Triangularity of forces.
You know when Mellissa is taking a break when her nails are all manicured :) Awesome review. Been wondering if the claims were correct.
I love having my nails done lol. But I also can get a surprising amount of construction/dirty work done with these glue-on nails. They're pretty indestructible.
Would using 2 of them not make it more secure?

Nice.
I dont hope you wake up to the sound off brake mirror!!!!just like us!
I’m not worried at all!
❤
Howwwww does this work like I need to know the why lol
Engineering!
👏👏💕
I love your channel but these are not the answer.

you're incredibly gorgeous
