How To Create Faux 3D Text Extrusion Effect in AE CC 2022:
1. Create New Composition (Cmd/Ctrl + N)
2. Add Text to Composition (Cmd/Ctrl + T)
3. Right-click on text layer and click on Create…’Convert Text to Shapes’
4. Delete original text layer to keep things neat (optional)
5. Twirl open ‘Outlines’ layer
6. Twirl open ‘Contents’
7. Click on ‘Add’
8. Select ‘Group’
9. Select all letters and drag into ‘Group’
10. Click ‘Add’ and select ’Stroke’
11. Click ‘Add’ and select ’Repeater’
12. Change Stroke Color
13. Change Stroke Width to 10px
14. Change Line Cap to Round Cap
15. Change Line Join to Round Join
16. Twirl open ‘Repeater’
17. Change Copies from 3 to 40
18. Twirl open ‘Transform Repeater’
19. Change X & Y Position Property to 1
20. Change X to -1 to Reverse Shadow Direction
21. To change the extrusion amount, change the number of copies
How To Animate Faux 3D Extrusion Effect
1. Drag playhead to the beginning of the timeline
2. Change the Repeater number of copies to 10
3. Click on the stopwatch to add a keyframe
4. Move the CTI (playhead) forward in time 1-2 seconds
5. Change the Repeater number of copies to 40
6. Copy the last keyframe
7. Move CTI forward 1/2 second and paste
8. Move CTI forward 1/2 second and paste
9. Move CTI forward 1 second and change copies to 10
10. Press Spacebar to Preview

Thank you for this amazing fast video. How do you make the text "wiggle" at the end?

There is color panel on left side of screen but I have only info,Audio,Preview,Libraries,Character,Paragraph,Tracker,ContentAware fill,align but no such thing as COLORS. How can I get this color panel
There is not a 'Color' panel in After Effects, but I think what you are referring to in the tutorial is my 'Libraries' panel. I save my brand colors in an Adobe CC Library for easy access as the Libraries work in most Adobe CC applications.
You do not need the Library Panel for this tutorial and can change colors using the color picker or eyedropper tool. 👍
