Kanan would be so proud of Ezra. "Having a laser sword doesn't make you a Jedi."/"He needs to learn to solve his problems without it." Ezra not using the saber felt like a completion of his training.
@@grunt9950Manhandled would imply he lost, when in reality he got thrown back a few feet where he got up immediately after. The problem with cqc against a Force user is getting in close enough to hit them, so coming at Shin from the front was a bad idea. When he was actually fighting her after she tried to chop his head off, he honestly looked like he was going to win that confrontation until the Stormtroopers showed up. That lull in the fighting gave Shin the opportunity to hit him. Ahsoka fought Shin in the same way but the difference is she used the element of surprise to get in close to Shin.
So, Baylan's last advice to Shinn was "Impatience for victory will guarantee defeat," and then he pulls heavily on the dark side in his fight with Ahsoka, tells her that she can't defeat him, and then comes the planned distraction and her escape down to Ezra and Sabine. His acting at that point was brilliant. You could totally see on his face that he totally realized what had just happened and that he'd lost because he'd just completely failed to follow the advice he'd just given his own apprentice. He was so concerned with defeating her that he didn't realize that she didn't care about defeating him. @@TheFiddler69 Please, Eric screams for anything like that. If a deepfake Leia showed up, they'd have all gotten teary eyed and Eric would have yelled and stood up
The plasma deformation from Shin's lightsaber blade being caught by Ezra's Force Push is one of the coolest things I've seen in a while. It felt really fresh but also so logically obvious I was simultaneously amazed we hadn't seen that before.
Sadly star wars fans will always find a new actor to harass and bully. Thats what they're best at. The most recent one was Kelly Tran. You can guarantee they'll rabidly hate another actor in the near future
This felt like one of the funniest episodes in the season so far. Like I chuckled or laughed out loud more times than all the other episodes combined. I mean, a Star Wars show doesn't necessarily need to make me laugh for me to enjoy it but all the jokes, mannerism and banter between the characters seemed really on point this episode.
That is mostly Ezra. Translating his sort of comedic bravado into live action is the best thing this show has accomplished. There are some things about other characters and the plot I am not liking that much.
There’s no doubt that Thrawn will “win” this season, he’s coming back, there’s no stopping it. The heroes can only hope to survive and make it back also. Which it’s very important to show Thrawn victorious to show he’s truly a threat going forward.
Yea obviously Thrawn will win next week and make it back to the original galaxy. It was built up all season. He’s probably gonna be the main antagonist for the filoni movie.
It would be ridiculously disappointing if after all this build-up Thrawn loses so quickly and dies in the next episode. I think it is pretty obvious Thrawn will score a major victory over the protagonists at the end of the season and it will lead right into the movie.
Yea that's safe to say now it's a matter of if the trio will be captured and taken prisoner for the trip back or if they'll be stranded. Got a bad feeling what Baylon is searching for wont be revealed or have a solid resolution... RIP RAY.. every moment is great as you get just a lil deeper into his characters mind ..
The season ends with a decapitated Thrawn being torn apart by Rancors who throw the bits of flesh into the Armorers forge... Credits roll. Then a black screen with the words "Grand Admiral Thrawn will return in... (enter title here)
I love how the show is demonstrating how careful and measured a strategist Thrawn is; I was worried about the jump to live action, but there was no need, he's awesome!
Seeing Threepio was an unexpected treat & I had the goofiest, happy smile on my face. I'll never get over how awesome Hayden looks as Clone Wars Anakin & hearing Hayden Anakin say "Asajj Ventress" was oddly fulfilling. Ezra is just exactly how I remember & his casting was perfect!!
I'm sure everyone knows this already but Baylan Skoll and Shin Hati are named after the Giant wolves in Norse mythology that chase the Sun and moon. And I just like how they're riding wolf like creatures in their respective colors.
Seeing Ezra do his force pushes and punches instantly reminded me of Mace Windu pummeling a whole droid battalion with just his fists and the force in Genndy Tartakovsky's Clone wars.
I highly doubt that will happen. They wouldn't spend the entire season about building up to him, only to kill him off. They did that with Luke (sorry Jake) Skywalker, and look how that turned out.
Ezra won't die, when was the last time you remember a main character died? That was long ago. Now character just live through everything, like filoni doesn't have the guts to kill off a character and its so boring.
This episode made me love the actor who is portraying Ezra much more. When he and Sabine met last episode it was slightly awkward and he didn't talk much. This episode he pulled off every mannerism and sounds perfect
32:52 Oh, he SHOULD have been talking to himself! His reaction to Ashoka tricking and besting him, was filled with regret that he let himself be the one impatient for victory after he just told that to Shin. That was great storytelling to have him fall victim to his own warning.
Ezra and the Noti totally reminded me of Click Clack the Geonosian. Ezra is always so compassionate toward these little creatures that other people overlook
God damn I hope this Dark Side Entity / Abeloth / Mother creature calling to Baylen doesn’t end in a cliffhanger for another future project. It’d be such a shame to not see Baylen’s full story unfold now that the actor has moved on…really the most surprising and compelling character for the show.
I mean, if it doesn't end in a cliffhanger then it's going to be rushed because we only have 1 episode left and it's definitely not going to be the main or only focus of that episode ^^
I adore you can visibly see how much weight has been lifted of Ahsoka's shoulders. She seems so much more like her early Clone Wars era self again. Also, I felt that same thing regarding C3P0 and Anakin, I love the inter-connected nature of this. But it's more than that, really. That court scene alone: C3P0 (and Leia by extension), Hera & Chopper from Rebels, Mon Mothma who was a recent primary character in Andor, Xiono who is from Resistance and Carson who originated in Mandalorian. So many pulls for one scene and it doesn't feel gratuitous.
I love that the criticisms they got were expected and they got to sit there probably thinking "oh ye of little faith..... Just wait till after ep 5" lol
Live action Ezra is perfect. Spot on casting. Also I love how Ezra's first reaction to Sabine being Ahsoka's apprentice was exactly the same as all of our reactions to finding that out too. "What, why?" So hilarious.
I appreciate the detail that the energy in the blaster bolts used in this galaxy look and even seem to move differently than the ones we've seen from "our" galaxy.
Isn’t it odd that Sabine and Ezra are just chillin’ at the beginning of the episode? Like, hey Sabine you’re time is running out, Thrawn is gonna leave. And on top of that she thinks Ahsoka is dead so it’s not like she’s expecting a rescue or anythjng. I Guess being with Ezra is more important than the Trillions of lives back in their galaxy.
@@maraudentium2607seems dumb to me but I haven’t seen rebels so I don’t know her character. Maybe this is just who she is and this is apart of her character arch. Most of this season is good so I’m curious to see where the story is going to go and maybe it’ll all make sense in the end.
@@morpho5539 I highly recommend Rebels. I admit the animation is clunky and the first few episodes may be a chore, but the show wants you to get the know the protagonists and the state of the galaxy before picking up the pace.
Attack of the Clones: "If you had spent as much time as time practicing your saber techniques as you did your wit, you would rival master Yoda as a swordsman." This episode: "So, practice the forms often. Or at least more than I do."
What a wonderful tribute to Anthony Daniels and his contributions to the Star Wars saga for so many years. What a wonderful career and talented man. Highlight of this episode was the reunion between Ahsoka and Ezra. The last time they spoke was running from Sidious in the World Between Worlds... circa February 2018, Rebels Season 4. Ahsoka made a promise and years later, she kept it.
I really love this show and I know I’m being greedy to want this but imagine if Disney committed to a 10 episode season. I hope we get Ahsoka S2 before Filoni’s movie to flesh things out a bit more. Such a shame we lost Mr Ray Stevenson, he will be sorely missed. His portrayal of Baylon is brilliant.
Why wouldn’t there be? The planet they’re on seems pretty tied to the force, so it makes sense to me that there could be kyler there.@@smittyjjensin558
I don't think Senator Xiono disbelieved that Space Whales exist, just their involvement in the things Hera was telling them. Which, if I'm being honest, if you didn't know much about the Jedi or the force it does sound pretty absurd to believe Ahsoka could convince one to let her and her ship hitch a ride in its mouth to another galaxy.
Yes, it does sound crazy thinking about it. Like Eric pointed out in past reactions, we also do not know how many times Hera has gone too hard or too far in hunting Imperials that most of the Senators think Hera's actions are just her being her.
Not sure you guys thought this already, but i was thinking about what Anakin was saying to Ahsoka in episode 5 about she is everything he is. And as she said in this episode he was a Great Master, has she now realised that she too will be a great master for Sabine. As he was for her. Just a thought.
Undecided on Baylan’s motive, by a clear distance the most interesting part for me, he occupies that space between dark and light that Star Wars rarely tackles and what made luthen such a great character
I'd just like to thank whoever added those little bug-things eating at the whale bones. I loved the idea of the whale graveyard but it bugged me that the bodies had decomposed down to bones (which wouldn't happen in space)
I do really like how the beginning scene with Xiono and the New Republic. Mirrors what we heard the Empire say in the season 3 beginning of Rebels. How there is evidence of individual cells but not a wide scale United front.
I was so excited that they brought threepio I heard a voice on the background and I was like is that threepio and they showed threepio I was like yes threepio my boy
Aarons comment "wait till they all stand up again" so its a nod to the Trooper Zombies would be awesome Imagine Thrawn calls them to back up and they just stand up and leave :D
What an episode. Still think the relationship between Ahsoka and Huyang is incredible. One of my favorite parts of the show Also big brain move by Thrawn... he was like yo, this is Anakin's padawan. Let her cook because there's no way we can know wtf she'll do because he was unpredictable I also feel like Baylan was sort of proud to see Ahsoka survived and proud that she got the better of him in that duel
My theory on what is calling Baylan is that it’s Abeloth however she’s more of a natural calamity/ apparition that is almost like the Dark Side incarnate while also having a strong influence on the Nightsisters magicks. This could also explain why there’s Zeffo writing because what if Kujet travelled here and became “infected” or taken over by the Power of Abeloth then was able to travel back with the Nightsisters and establish Dathimir. Abeloth is just trying to pull a Plageius but on a much grand and darker scale
I loved this episode so much! I felt like everything about it was fantastic. Every scene and moment was just so amazing! I thought that the writing was fantastic, the acting was amazing, and the tone was perfect. All throughout the episode I was curious about what was going to happen next and it just had me on the edge of my seat throughout the entire episode. And I feel like I can’t say enough just how incredible the music for this episode was, I’m so glad that they brought Kevin Kiner back to do this shows score. And I feel like all the performances in this episode was amazing. Each actor was giving a fantastic performance and I felt like they were all doing an amazing job for these characters. And have completely sold me on their performances for these characters. They all felt like they were fully dedicate and invested to their character and their role. Starting the episode off we get this great shot of some sort of Court/Senate building on Coruscant, which was really cool to see, where Hera, Carson and Chopper are being tried. Also it was great to get to see Mon Mothma in person in this episode. And kind of a minor thing, but I like that Carson mentioned the events of the Mando Season 3 Finale. And honestly, Xiono may be the worst character ever. Literally every second this dude is on screen I want him to shut up. And on top of that he is the biggest hypocrite ever, he accused Hera of abusing her power when in episode 3 he practically admitted to taking up the position of one of the new highest ranking senators without siding with the Rebels in the war. Anyway, getting to see C3PO was really cool, it was so unexpected but I loved it. I think he was used perfectly in his few minutes of screen time. I also really liked the mention of Leia. Especially how she is in support with what Hera is trying to do. Leia being mentioned and having a part in helping them out really makes this feel even more connected to the movies. I do wish that Zeb or Old Man Rex were a part of or at least present during this scene. And I loved getting to see Ahsoka training to old messages that Anakin had made for her. Not only was it cool to see live action Clone Wars Anakin one last time but I really liked how, despite no longer needing to listen to the information given in the messages, Ahsoka still plays them in the background of her training sessions so she can feel some form of Anakin’s presence again. Also I think that hologram was the first sort of mention Asajj Ventress has had in live action which was pretty cool. And the sequence of Ahsoka flying her T-6 through the mine field and planetary ring was so cool. The parts in the planetary ring looked great and were so atmospheric with all the dust, debris and bones floating around while they flew through it. The whole scene really reminded me of the asteroid chase scene in Empire Strikes Back. I loved getting to see more shots of Thrawn’s battle damaged Star Destroyer (the Chimaera) it just looks so awesome in every shot. And I’m still very curious to learn more about Captain Enoch, I hope that he has more to do in the future, I feel like he has a lot of potential. I also really liked the brief scene of Sabine catching Ezra up on everything he has missed since he has been gone, I just thought it was a fun and wholesome little scene. Although I kind of wish that she went a little more in detail and maybe talked about Luke specifically. And I loved the scene where Thrawn learns that Ahsoka’s master was Anakin. The way his whole demeanor and attitude changed when he found this out was absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to see what this will lead to and in what way he will try to use this information against Ahsoka. And the scene where Ahsoka uses the force to connect with Sabine was really cool. I really liked the use of the camera with how it focused on both of their faces and the mythical sort of way the audio faded everything else out in their surroundings. And the scene where Ezra and Sabine fight the Raiders was really cool. I thought it was cute to see the hermit crab things trying to fight back against the Raiders by throwing stuff at them. And getting to see Sabine fight them using her blasters and lightsaber at the same time was really cool. I also liked getting to see Ezra fight with a martial arts style of combat and by exclusively using the force. But something about how he refused to use his lightsaber makes me think that something has happened to him while he was here or that he has somewhat swore off from using it. Then we get to see the amazing rematch between Ahsoka and Baylan. I loved this fight, it wasn’t very long but the music and choreography made it so awesome. Their fighting was such a perfect combination of quick, precise, powerful and tight movements that made the entire fight was engaging and super tense. There were about two or three times throughout this fight where I was honestly a little nervous that Ahsoka had slashed at or stabbed Baylan. Then we get to see Baylan’s final scene for this episode, and his performance in this moment and this episode as a whole was able to give off this feeling of mysticism and wary wisdom which made it so every one of his lines would make you even more curious about what he was doing and where he was going. I’m still very curious and interested to learn about what Baylan wants to gain from this plant and what exactly it is that is calling to him. I also liked getting to see Ezra and Sabine fighting the Stormtroopers. It’s just always fun to get to see the main characters taking down Stormtroopers. Also Ezra was unstoppable with that Stormtrooper blaster, I don’t think he missed even once. And it was awesome when Sabine blew up those three Stormtroopers, it looked really cool too. And I loved the scene where Ahsoka, Ezra and Sabine all reunited. The joy, happiness and excitement on Ahsoka’s face was just perfect, you could just feel that she was overjoyed to finally find Ezra. I can’t wait to get to see the dynamic between these three more in the next/final episode of the show. Then we get Thrawn’s final scene of the episode, and man, every word out of his mouth feels perfect. I think Lars Mikkelsen did an excellent job at reprising this character, with every scene he just brought this amazing presence with him. Whether it be through his dialogue or how calm and collected he always comes off as, I think they did an amazing job at portraying him. I can’t wait to get to see even more of him in the final episode. And maybe even in the upcoming Dave Filoni movie. I can’t wait to see where this will lead into next week’s episode. I am very curious to see how the ending of this episode will lead into next week’s episode and how it will impact the future of this show and its continuing story. I can’t believe that there are only one episode left of this fantastic series. I’m not sure if I’m ready for it to be over. But I am still loving everything about this show and I can’t wait to see where this story and all the characters involved will go next. I cannot wait for next week’s episode. Rest in Peace Ray Stevenson
It’s crazy that the place thrawn is at is actually a former stronghold of a Dark Zeffo called Kujet. We explored his tomb in Jedi Fallen Order. It’s crazy how they are tying the games to the shows and movies little by little
I never watched Clone Wars or Rebels. I'm just devouring and loving these episodes even without the attachment to Rebels - this is just good Star Wars.
The more and more we see of Thrawn with how he carries himself in conversation and his actions it just shows how insane a galaxy would look if he was more involved with it. If the Empire had put him in charge or if he didn’t get banished to the new Galaxy. Man has the IQ of 3720 and yes that’s a good reference for this.😂
Ezra hasn't used a lightsaber in like 10 years, so it makes sense that he wouldn't be eager to try using one again. Also, Sabine's blaster + saber style is something I like and I'm actually surprised we didn't see that happening more during the Clone Wars.
The Clone Wars took place in a time when Jedi considered blasters "clumsy, random, uncivilized". No Jedi would have been taught any saber+blaster technique. Even Obi-Wan expressed his disdain about having to use one to defeat Grievous because he had no other choice.
I feel that Star wars works better as episodic rather than movies, my most favorite series are Clone wars and Rebels, a lot more time to connect with the characters rather than the movie only characters
Ezra had a lightsaber for four years, at the most, before he took Thrawn into exile and then he didn't have it for a decade. He no longer has any need for it. During and before the Clone Wars, the Jedi, specifically Obiwan, Anakin and Ahsoka had it drilled into them that their lightsaber were their lives, greatest responsibility and blasters were "so uncivilized", but after Order 66, the remaining Jedi had to adapt to survive. I believe Ezra has followed in the footsteps of Yoda "Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter" and "If you strike me down I will become more powerful than you could possibly imagine" Kenobi.
Whatever Baylon finds I would prefer it to be something from Legends instead of a new evil. Legends has plenty of eldritch abominations to revive, adapt and expand upon. Filoni hasn't let us down yet, I believe in his vision.
@@AT32556 don't be pessimistic, the great evil could kill Baylan when freed and then try to get to the regular galaxy. Believe in Filoni and the creative team
I love the silence when thrown sees that Anikan was Ashoka’s master it just takes a lot to have him do that so see it was somewhat satisfying Also I love Ezra’s only hand combat and force technique attacks it was an interesting style to fight
I wouldn't even say Ezra pulled a "Last Jedi" because it's not like he disrespected his old saber, he knew that Sabine should use her training in the fight and he trusts himself more with the all-surrounding force. Plus, he said he gave it to her and she's been training with it for much longer than when he had it in his possession.
Chopper was so ready to commit more war crimes on that Senator for insulting C-3PO!!!!! 14:47 Eric, I thought the same thing. I thought the lightsaber did look a little bit more red there.

The plasma deformation from Shin's lightsaber blade being caught by Ezra's Force Push is one of the coolest things I've seen in a while. It felt really fresh but also so logically obvious I was simultaneously amazed we hadn't seen that before.
There was something similar in a Old Republic trailer.

I'm wondering if whatever Baylan is planning is so dangerous, he's sending away his apprentice to protect her.
to take on TWO people at once? Possibly 3 with Ahsoka? nah he sent her there to get rid of her.
He didn't yet know Ahsoka was alive when he sent Shin out on her own.
Am I the only one getting oddly emotional every time Anakin is on screen. I just love that Hayden is getting the treatment he deserves
Sadly star wars fans will always find a new actor to harass and bully. Thats what they're best at. The most recent one was Kelly Tran. You can guarantee they'll rabidly hate another actor in the near future
Ray Stevenson performances are so great every episode RIP 😢
Every time I see and hear Ezra I can’t help but smile. They really did hit that casting out of the park.
Here's a thought, Sabine talking in the Rebels epilogue is actually her catching Ezra up to speed that happened off screen in this episode.
What a amazing way to explain that!
It is....acceptable
but, she also says ¨ezra is out there somewhere¨ isnt? wouldnt match
I had that thought as well
Sure
-Ezra is out there somewhere, and it’s time to bring him home.
-What?
This felt like one of the funniest episodes in the season so far. Like I chuckled or laughed out loud more times than all the other episodes combined. I mean, a Star Wars show doesn't necessarily need to make me laugh for me to enjoy it but all the jokes, mannerism and banter between the characters seemed really on point this episode.
That is mostly Ezra. Translating his sort of comedic bravado into live action is the best thing this show has accomplished. There are some things about other characters and the plot I am not liking that much.
That look after Sabine said "Ahsoka I thought you were dead" had me laughing so loud "bitch really? You tought?"
When Rosario said the line "Perhaps, but I don't have to " I could've sworn she sounded exactly like Ashley Eckstein.
Yeah I thought she sounded completely different just for that one line
Noticed that as well during this rewatch.
I had to rewatch after
hearing it for the 1st time, because I thought so too.
Ezra’s fighting style reminded me of Avatar The Last Airbender, and only later learned that Filoni worked on that show, too.
That's why Mando has the blue arrows on the back of his hands.
Ezra fighting style made me throw up. Bro this looked so fucking bad and cringe
There’s no doubt that Thrawn will “win” this season, he’s coming back, there’s no stopping it. The heroes can only hope to survive and make it back also. Which it’s very important to show Thrawn victorious to show he’s truly a threat going forward.
The Thrawn movie is going to be kind of odd, if he dies next week......
C-3PO deadass tried to Jedi mind trick that guard with "I don't need to show you my identification."
I was so waiting for it to work!
Hahahahahagaggagagagag. U compare windu force push to ezras cringe ass locking little push, bro this looked cringe and bad af
If Ezra dies and doesn't make it off the planet, I will be so upset. Don't do that to us, Filoni.
I highly doubt that will happen. They wouldn't spend the entire season about building up to him, only to kill him off. They did that with Luke (sorry Jake) Skywalker, and look how that turned out.
@@GreenFalcon926Who Skywalker? What?
@@logandh2luke
Ezra won't die, when was the last time you remember a main character died? That was long ago. Now character just live through everything, like filoni doesn't have the guts to kill off a character and its so boring.
@@MNM-lq9te I mean, Kanan died.
This episode made me love the actor who is portraying Ezra much more. When he and Sabine met last episode it was slightly awkward and he didn't talk much. This episode he pulled off every mannerism and sounds perfect
"I want daily affirmations from Hayden Christensen." 😂 Brilliant!
Definitely feels like a season 2 is coming. No way they have us go 4 years without seeing these characters again.
Ezra is always so compassionate toward these little creatures that other people overlook
people forget Baylan called this planet as of "Dreams and Nightmares" in the last episode.
I feel we can end Baylen's story in 1 episode left, but leave whatever he's hunting for a future project
This episode was fun and felt like Rebels again. Seeing Threpio and Anakin again was also great.
You know, Ezra’s about to meet Huyang, so he could build a new lightsaber and train with him
“Somehow, Hitler returned!” Made me laugh far more than it should have lmao
Ezra gives me Aang vibes and I love it
Yeah I can definitely see that.
Ezra the last force bender.
Very much so! The way he used the force with hand to hand is so cool too
Live action Ezra is perfect. Spot on casting. Also I love how Ezra's first reaction to Sabine being Ahsoka's apprentice was exactly the same as all of our reactions to finding that out too. "What, why?" So hilarious.
Seeing my trio back together brought warm feelings to my heart. What an episode!
Your trio? They never interacted as a unit before
@@WrathMania32 Well they haven't been together since season 2 of Rebels, so it's safe to say I've been waiting for this for a long time.
They didn't show much of Thrawn in their reaction but he really feels like Thrawn in this episode
Watching him over the holomap analyzing the battle was peak Thrawn and I loved every second of it.
Yep, she made that pretty clear when she handed over the map.
@@maraudentium2607seems dumb to me but I haven’t seen rebels so I don’t know her character. Maybe this is just who she is and this is apart of her character arch. Most of this season is good so I’m curious to see where the story is going to go and maybe it’ll all make sense in the end.
@morpho5539 this is definitely her character. You need to watch rebels to understand that
@@morpho5539 I highly recommend Rebels. I admit the animation is clunky and the first few episodes may be a chore, but the show wants you to get the know the protagonists and the state of the galaxy before picking up the pace.
Attack of the Clones: "If you had spent as much time as time practicing your saber techniques as you did your wit, you would rival master Yoda as a swordsman."
This episode: "So, practice the forms often.
Nice to have a master lightsaber crafter handy when we have a jedi that just happens to be missing one…
Doubtful that there are any spare kyber crystals just lying about to make a lightsaber
I don’t know if Ezra will want one. I hope we see him use one again, but he doesn’t seem to want one.
Thrawn also has Kanan's lightsaber probably in his quarters on the Chimera.
Sure, but then he also says he only needs the force, yet he picks up a blaster. @@valathor95

I love to re-watch with you guys on Wednesday. Always enjoy the insights, perspectives, and discussions after. Filoni is The Master storyteller.
As soon as i saw the Eman Esfandi cast as Ezra i was like "yeah they nailed that one" 😊 same with Sabine tbh, shes pretty spot on too
I half expected that one Senator to scream 'FAKE NEWS!' when she mentioned an Imperial Remnant. That dude has been paid off.
I do really like how the beginning scene with Xiono and the New Republic. Mirrors what we heard the Empire say in the season 3 beginning of Rebels. How there is evidence of individual cells but not a wide scale United front.
Baylan just dipped on Shin even as she was outnumbered 🥶
Ezra is fighting like Mace Windu did in the 2003 clone wars show!!! I loved this!!!
I would kill to see live action windy style fistfighting
Chopper about to commit some war crimes on that senator when no one is looking......

I'd really like to point out that Sullustan Admiral's awesome mustache.
I was so excited that they brought threepio I heard a voice on the background and I was like is that threepio and they showed threepio I was like yes threepio my boy
Aarons comment "wait till they all stand up again" so its a nod to the Trooper Zombies would be awesome
Imagine Thrawn calls them to back up and they just stand up and leave :D
What an episode. Still think the relationship between Ahsoka and Huyang is incredible. One of my favorite parts of the show
Also big brain move by Thrawn... he was like yo, this is Anakin's padawan. Let her cook because there's no way we can know wtf she'll do because he was unpredictable
I also feel like Baylan was sort of proud to see Ahsoka survived and proud that she got the better of him in that duel
My guess is Thor Yar
Man has the IQ of 3720 and yes that’s a good reference for this.😂
9:56 it was at this moment I was thankful I have been reading along with them because this line is so much more impactful because of it
Ezra hasn't used a lightsaber in like 10 years, so it makes sense that he wouldn't be eager to try using one again.
@@raulmckool That was just a reference to his line from ANH. And we shouldn't take two lines from one person as a representation all 10,000 Jedi.

General Skywalker, was Anakin at his best and to get these snippets in live action just heals the soul

Baylan got no time for lightsaberduels, he's got an Abeloth to wake up...
I love how Thrawn asked if there were two ships 😂 its a callback to an adventure he had with Anakin
Ezra took some Monk levels.
