Awesome car. With the top up, the rear window was supposed to drop a couple of inches when you opened the door so as not to put wear on the seal. Unless that wasn't until 65. But the windows were getting stuck, so.... Just some info in case you didn't know.
That is a beautiful car. Agreed classic287 the rear window auto drop isn't working. Many don't know it's supposed to drop to clear the top to stop ripping and so the gaskets between the front and rear windows can clear
I agree, all the modifications ruin them, they should be kept or rebuilt to original.
Slab Lincoln's with the ragtop are the bomb. Wish I had the coin to purchase. They are getting harder and harder to find.
