My themes change all the time, but when I think about it, the core fear of being uncertain always stays the same.

I'd actually probably call this a mini breakthrough, hardly a setback.. because I've never been able to afford the CSA and emotional neglect kinda therapy I needed and, I mean, it still seems like a reasonable fear to forget those few, core memories after finally speakin' up then bein' gaslit so long. There's some I've still never said out loud simply because I got tired of defendin' shit I never questioned until someone else didn't remember it that way. I've set in this, fuckin' cycle for a decade. I'll thank bed bugs only this once, because they've switched my brain and OCD honestly wasn't really on my personal radar. CPTSD, BPD, and so many possibilities, tbf, but, totally makes sense where I'd read about childhood trauma and OCD years ago now.
Thank you for sharin' your experiences, if only good mental health help was actually affordable or easily accessible. 🌹🌹

How dare you disrespect all Judy Garland and classic Hollywood lovers by callin' the literal wizard from 'the Wizard of Oz' just the guy, thoouuugh, I'm offended for everyone tryin' to find home right now. 😹😹
