Absolutely agree. My "subtypes" were: POCD, sensorimotor OCD, social phobic OCD, hundreds if not thousands themes that you never heard of. Every theme of these have the same message to me: "i am the real one!" , and "i"ll be with you with the rest of your life, ruining it!".

Same it’s the same theme with different possibilities outcomes etc. it’s … so annoying
