• Dream Physique Routine Follow these 3 steps.
1- Focus more on Bench Press & Barbell Squats.
- Bench Press ( Upper Body )
- Barbell Squats ( Full Body )
- Increase weight every week +5KG
- Sleep at 10:30 daily (must)
2- Eating 4000 Calories Daily.
- Eat as much as you can. High calories food
- Drink alot of water
- Fish Oil
- Eat healthy food
3- Trained with Strength baised Program
- Three Days a week
- Train - Rest - Train
4- Priorities Progressive Overlord
- Adding more and more weight
- Day by day or week by week
( Train - Eat - Sleep - Care of your body )
NO Magic
NO Secrets

The ummah is like one body - we must all be strong in every area ❤️💯!! Give this program a shot.
That is not 10 months NATURAL progress I'm sorry man. I love you, but you shouldn't be creating false expectations for people. It's at LEAST 2 years of work with very good diet, perfect protein intake, creatine, and great sleep schedule. Can you achieve that much muscle in 10 months naturally ? YES, but you look too ripped with no fat in the second picture, like you achieve perfect bulking without any fat, which is extremely unrealistic.
For the people who are wondering how to do it realistically ? It's not rocket science. Everything he said is actually the correct way to do it :
Do 1 hour at the gym, 4~6 exercises, 3 sets each, with 8~12 reps per exercise. contract fast, release slow.
Eat grams of protein, x2 your weight in KG in terms (weight 100KG = 200g of protein a day)
Start your exercise with 3~5 minutes warm up to sweat (running or bike)
Then focus for the first 30 minutes of the workout, on compound lifts or powerlifting (BENCH PRESS, SQUATS, DEADLIFTS) (You should be close to failure (feel it's very hard) on your last set, around 8th~10th rep)
Last 30 minutes do machine or dumbbell exercises that will enhance your compounds and work on your weaker muscles.
I recommend a 3 times per week, upper -> lower -> upper exercise, with one day every 2 weeks for only power lifting => this day you will do BENCH + SQUAT + DEADLIFT only for 3 sets of only 2~3 reps with your PR (max weight you can do on those lifts)
Don't eat processed sugar, eat carbs if you want. It's okay to gain fat and not be aesthetic, focus on pure RAW strength for the first year. Then, if you wanna look good just go on a cut (eat less, with same exercises)
The only thing that he's not truthful about is the timeframe for the results

People u really don't want to underestimate the sleeping part. Exhausting your body and have a crapy sleep time will make u extremely weak and almost like a drunk person and I learned this the hard way. Sleep well, eat well.

@@zaidkapadia6824 Yes but not the same day where I suffered from that level of exhaustion cuz I was barely walking on my feet that day I couldn't do anything but have a rest. Make sure to sleep well!

I also find setting the right intentions for working out very important, we know that Allah is Beautiful and likes beauty, and we know that the strong believer is better and more liked by Allah than the weak believer, so, intending to be stronger to be more able to worship Allah and to be more beneficial to the Ummah, and intending to look better for Allah likes beauty makes hitting the Gym or working out a Ibadah عبادة on its own which is such a win! جزاك الله خيرًا ونفع بك

creatine just helps to retain water in your muscles thats it for gainng muscles focus on weight training and eat enough protien

Do you use protien powder? If so which one cause I’m having trouble finding ones that are halal or not sure they are halal.

Uh they should all be halal? There’s usually no meat in protein powder. The only animal product is whey which comes from milk and that’s obviously halal :)
