even though this might not be the best possible place to ask this question, I wanted to ask if *cutting hair unevenly on the side* like yours is really *permissible?* most scholars near me suggest cutting hair fully or cutting every side on equal length even though most people near me, almost everyone cuts hair short on the side and long on the top, I am not talking about the shaved side cut. sorry for my poor English.
What you're referring to is the ruling on Qaza' and his hair isn't Qaza'. Qaza' is when you shave part of your hair and leave others long, his sides looks to be 2-3 so it isn't Qaza'

to the men: i am a traditional and modest woman who stays home, i do everything to satisfy my man and my man has been out since 9 pm and now it's almost 5 am, and i didnt get an updates until 3 am. he went from saying hes going to the gym and will be back to ending up at his friends house with 4 other men and he might stay there longer. i point this issue to him out and he thinks this is what men are and what they are allowed to do to their wives. am i crazy for thinking this is not high valueable? even getting to do drugs with his friends is new to me, i found about all this things after marriage, whats others opinion?
Ask his parents to talk with him about it, if he doesnt change i guess you can’t stay with him since he hasnt been clear about his behaviour before the marriage
