Emma is a strong player, but she occasionally allows the ball to drift past her striking zone, forcing her to hit on her back foot. This gives her opponent the upper hand, leaving her vulnerable and outmaneuvered. If she can focus on taking the ball as early as possible with every shot, I believe she'll come out on top in far more matches than she loses.
@@itiswhatitis8875 True, but she often lets the ball pass her optimal striking zone on the forehand, which is why we frequently see her flailing as she makes the shot. If she focused on hitting the ball earlier when possible, she’d spend less time being pushed back. Her biggest issue is that stronger ball strikers tend to overpower her.
Emma seems to be able to play fully and no longer be hindered by her back injury. Osaka's withdrawal in the final indicates Emma made the right decision in Auckland.

Quite good odds. More like odds on favourite to pull out. She is the most predictable sports person in the world. Everyone knows she pulls a fake injury when it suits her and she’s just fooling everyone.

The AO is one of the best run tournaments in tennis and rightly attracts all the players and fans. Hope Emma goes well...
Why did you cut out when the ballkids came in for orientation day and sat in the stands and she took a photo with them?
EMMA'S facial expression @ 6.00 is priceless, (every picture tells a story) !!
Good Luck Emma!🥰
No more luck since they lifted the Covid restrictions

Hitting the ball on one's back foot isn't offset by taking the ball early. One needs to just hit the ball more out in the front.

Emma’s had a few coaches over the last couple of years- they don’t last long. Perhaps she will listen to you?

What terrible camera angles
I wish Raducanu would give up on her practices lesson and just treat her practice as her matches. That was Raducanu would not get injured so often.😊
No worries, all fake injuries
