Most definitely a skill issue. I use mainly SMG’s and the C9, PP-919, and Tanto can still challenge Assault Rifles at range reliably. In fact, I do best on ANY map typically with a tanto and C9 for the strike maps
And with the amount of head glitch spots, you’d think if ur aim was good u could still contest these power positions… but it’s way to hard when u need so many bullets in the head to kill

It is. Without it it feels like enemies can just walk between bullets. Also bad hitget hits it really hard. Like getting 3 hitmarkers point blank, while, according to stats it's just impossible not to kill with 3 hits.

it was prob the best weapon in the beta it's the weapon pros will go to if pp ever gets nerfed though but its definitely balanced (at least from what ive seen for now though)
Someone else commented on the PP’s popularity with the pros and I think it may also have to do with how drastically the fast mag attachments help its handling stats, especially considering they’re sort of free attachments on it as compared to other smgs.
Agreed also sucks bc at range you would think it would be the xfactor for beating a guy w an assault rifle but it really doesnt change anything at range so you end up dying even if you hit the guy 6 timesw headshots added in
Its pretty wild, even the headshot barrel seems to impact only a handful of guns. I mean technically you are doing more damage with both headshots and with headshots while using the barrel, but if the shots to kill remains the same then practically speaking its hardly worth it.

It doesn’t turn a 4 headshot gun into a 3 headshot gun, but if that same gun kills in 6 headshots further down range then the barrel helps carry full damage of the headshot and will end up still getting the kill in 4 headshots instead of 6.
This video seems to prove my suspicions that the main reason that the pros and other above average players have been drawn to the pp919 is almost purely due to its lack of recoil and above average damage range for an smg as it doesn’t really excel anywhere else upon first glance.
it's easy to use and can contend against ars in longer ranges than other smgs. pdw does it well as well but it def is worse than pp in almost everyway and its recoil is slightly more (it's really not bad at all even with nerf though)
Pp919 is the best smg in the game, ttk falls a bit short compared to other smgs, but with rapid fire its ttk it comparable to the c9, and it has much more range. It can challenge ars even, the pro players are discussing a GA for it.

Reason the PP-919 is slo slow is because there’s 2 mags that speed it up significantly and honestly the way to run it. I’m glad they did this nice to see mag changes for a bizon type gun.
I dont mind the damage drop off. But the movement is almost identical to Assualt rifles. The ADS Strafe speeds for SMG are pitiful. Not being able to out maneuver ARs and contest against Head glitch areas makes them lacking

New to the game and to call of duty multiplayer. Incredible detail, man. I also really enjoyed the production quality with the text color changes. This is overwhelming for a new player. I’m trying to absorb some of the high level points. Still, I appreciate the work that goes into this!
I don’t usually play with SMGs. Trying to get diamonds for them. However I am really enjoying the KOMPACT. I go with precision foregrip, long barrel, extended mags 2 and square thermal scope. Sometimes run with rapid file. Point blank kills are always 100% a win for me. It’s insane.
I haven’t used an SMG in BO6, but if there’s one to choose out of the six, then it would be the C9. Competitive TTK, and decent handling and mobility. That’s what my thoughts are.
The PP919 with the extended mag 2 is freaking awesome for zombies, once it gets pack a punched it has 200 round magazines and reloads 10x faster than any LMG
I know you don’t play hardcore, but I’d highly appreciate if you included hardcore stats as well! I’m getting a ton of hit markers so I’m curious as to what’s causing/which guns are better for HC etc
@@thelazyduck9370 you can see the damage taken at the top right when you die. It doesn’t exceed your total health unless you heal midway through the fight. You can also just look at damage values. The kompakt cant one shot in hc, and it does 20 to the body and 21 to the head, so hc health must be more than that. The gpr can 1 shot in its max damage range at 10m doing 23 dmg, but cant 1 shot past, where it drops off to 21 damage.
In spite of all of its downsides, the bizon feels way way better than all the other SMGs. Rapid fire is a free attachment basically so you get a reasonable ttk, good range, a huge mag, and reasonable handling with a good build
It's so strange that the two SMGs with the slowest up close TTK (Tanto/PP19) have been by far the SMGs I've used the most so far. The range/handling makes up for that lower TTK for sure.

At launch I spent a good bit of time maxing out the Tanto as it’s my go-to….followed closely by the C9. Using the Gunfighter perk really helps level the playing field in many cases depending on what attachments are chosen.
If you don’t use a sight and I wouldn’t recommend laser unless Challenges you only get one extra attachment, which is nice, but might aswell chuck on PEK greed ghost or ninja any perk 2 flak and tac
Getting these diamond was painful against all the AR grinders and the horrendously big maps. Even in face off it’s AR cross map spam or shotgun 1 tap. C9/PP919 were the only ones I felt like stood a chance. (Mouse and keyboard player)
PP19 is my personal favorite super strong reliable and consistent and mag size gets me quads and kill chains etc. after that I don’t have a strong 2nd I don’t like most of the other subs but if I had to pick one probably the KSV. ARs are insane like all of em tbh
And I got the C9 and the PP go plated and I’m working on the others and playing mostly hard-core but it seemed harder and harder for me to go on streaks. I don’t know if I’m just going up against much better players than me, but it seems like I can’t last longer than 30 seconds before I die in this game. lol
Tanto is a headshot monster, with CHF barrel you can two tap which is insane. I wouldn't use rapid fire, it's not worth it since you will lose accuracy of 2 taps.
It’s actually insane that after 146 years they still can’t figure out how to make the pro/con list and detailed stats actually accurate. TGD does it, Ace does it, Sym does it, why can’t the multibillion dollar company do it?
Ace, make a video on the motion sickness that black ops 6 causes to some people ( i am one of them had to refund ) . Apparently there are several people affected by it . I came to the conclusion that its because of the new omnimovement mechanic. The motion sickness kicks in when you are running in full speed when turning as it makes the player seemingly lean slightly while running ( kind of how an airplane leans when turning ). Also the motion sickness kicks in when on the ground prone and leaning using the omnimovement. None of the settings helped to eliminate the sickness so i had to refund as the game makes me instantly sick and ive read on reddit others having this issue as well.
I’ve always been an aim for the head guy in every cod I play and the criminal lack of extra damage to the head with most guns combined with headshot camo challenges has def decreased my enjoyment of the game
i've been liking the pp919 quite a bit, i've been using a loadout i've decided to call the "american wizard": Molotovs, shock sticks, the grekhova (or however it's spelled), and either the marine sp or pp919, shock sticking corners then bullet hosing the enemires is really fun and surprisingly effective, especially with the tactical expert wildcard and quartermaster
Tanto needs nerfed. Comparing to the shots to kill chart in the rifles video, it has less shots to kill than four of the seven rifles out to 70m which plain doesn't make sense. It also 3 shot kills better than 6 of the 7 rifles (only a single rifle can 3 shot kill). Tanto needs nerfed and headshot multiplier needs increased for everything.
They need to nerf the XM4 every single lobby i play is full of them even on the face off maps. It fires way too fast for how accurate it is, if they nerf the fire rate a bit it should bring it into line

Headshots in cod are too random to give a big boost. There’s also the issue where flinch directly leads to headshots

IIRC accuracy has always been favored above all else by pros. In BO4, if I’m not mistaken, pros tended to use the ICR-7 for its laser beam recoil.

Swat 556 is a high-risk high-reward gun. Incredible TTK on a 1-burst, but punishing if you miss it.
I got a pp19 last night and I think it's the best smg so far. Especially with a long barrel. And I got good kills with it even on a long distance

Hc hp is 22, and a lot of guns drop off below that, smgs especially. The lack of headshot multiplier also means you cant one tap to the head even.

PP19 is my personal favorite super strong reliable and consistent and mag size gets me quads and kill chains etc. after that I don’t have a strong 2nd I don’t like most of the other subs but if I had to pick one probably the KSV. ARs are insane like all of em tbh
Surprised by this because the PP19 has been a consistent monster for me even in sweaty lobbies. I guess it’s the dmg range
The Tanto and KSV feel great, the KSV feels a bit weak but easy to use
No wonder I was getting so pissed hitting like 3 headshots with an smg and not getting a kill holy hell

Really been enjoying the Tonto, slow fire rate but feels alot like the WSP 9 from MW3 recently, slow fire but hits hard
And I got the C9 and the PP go plated and I’m working on the others and playing mostly hard-core but it seemed harder and harder for me to go on streaks. I don’t know if I’m just going up against much better players than me, but it seems like I can’t last longer than 30 seconds before I die in this game. lol

Tanto is a headshot monster, with CHF barrel you can two tap which is insane. I wouldn't use rapid fire, it's not worth it since you will lose accuracy of 2 taps.
It’s actually insane that after 146 years they still can’t figure out how to make the pro/con list and detailed stats actually accurate. TGD does it, Ace does it, Sym does it, why can’t the multibillion dollar company do it?

Ace, make a video on the motion sickness that black ops 6 causes to some people ( i am one of them had to refund ) . Apparently there are several people affected by it . I came to the conclusion that its because of the new omnimovement mechanic. The motion sickness kicks in when you are running in full speed when turning as it makes the player seemingly lean slightly while running ( kind of how an airplane leans when turning ). Also the motion sickness kicks in when on the ground prone and leaning using the omnimovement. None of the settings helped to eliminate the sickness so i had to refund as the game makes me instantly sick and ive read on reddit others having this issue as well.
I knew SMGs had absolutely horrible ranges, I was getting hitmarkers with the Tanto and PP919 in hardcore with headshots!
Right now i enjoy the ksv, but ill probably use the kompakt after i unlock it cuz i love high fire rate guns

I’ve always been an aim for the head guy in every cod I play and the criminal lack of extra damage to the head with most guns combined with headshot camo challenges has def decreased my enjoyment of the game
The pp was my fav in mw3 so im enjoying it in this game !

i've been liking the pp919 quite a bit, i've been using a loadout i've decided to call the "american wizard": Molotovs, shock sticks, the grekhova (or however it's spelled), and either the marine sp or pp919, shock sticking corners then bullet hosing the enemires is really fun and surprisingly effective, especially with the tactical expert wildcard and quartermaster

Tanto needs nerfed. Comparing to the shots to kill chart in the rifles video, it has less shots to kill than four of the seven rifles out to 70m which plain doesn't make sense. It also 3 shot kills better than 6 of the 7 rifles (only a single rifle can 3 shot kill). Tanto needs nerfed and headshot multiplier needs increased for everything.

Still get dissolved by quick scopers though 😂
They need to nerf the XM4 every single lobby i play is full of them even on the face off maps. It fires way too fast for how accurate it is, if they nerf the fire rate a bit it should bring it into line
@@Boxeater888 especially as the first weapon available to be that consistent and accurate, small nerf on fire rate would be great.
