You know I was on one of our C40LF's from MARTA on Bus# 2901 and it to was repower in Cummins. I couldn't believe it when I heard it, but I was excited plus it drove a lot faster than used to when it had the Series 50G.
all phantoms are gone. they started retiring the HF and 94 C40LF. but theres still some around. man they have a lot of these New NFI buses. i have to ask my friend is san diego about the numbers

Yeap they are fast. I just can't wait until 2010 gets here, because John Deere is coming out with the 6090 / 9.0L engine. It's going to take place of the 6081 / 8.1L engine. John Deere engines are just as fast as the ISL, but maybe faster.
