A book was released that answered all of our questions. Killian and Dash switched back into their bodies and Ingrid is pregnant with Dash’s baby, not the Mandragore’s.
I have a theory King Nicklaus is the one who cursed Killian's original self from Asgard to be reborn with Freya. It kinda goes along with my theory that Killian's original self from Asgard was one of the king's guards, specifically the one who helped Joanna get the snake key and escape. I already explained on another video in regards to what my theory on what Killian's original role in Asgard, but I've been thinking, what if along with that, king Nicklaus found out Killian was helping Freya and the Beauchamps, and as a punishment, he cursed Killian to die with Freya and keep losing her over and over, always together, but always doomed to be apart. Freya's only curse was only tied with Ingrid's, and that was to die young and be reborn over and over. But what she has with Killian is pretty much the same thing, except it's just with Killian and Freya, and it doesn't seem to happen to Ingrid. Freya said it herself, she's always been with Killian and Dash's incarnation is only there some of the time, not all the time. Killian however is always there during each of her lifetimes. It was never explained why Killian always seemed to be reincarnated with Freya during her lifetimes, but I have a theory that King Nicklaus was behind it. Especially since we know his original self was together with Freya in Asgard. Also, Bastian could've had something to do with it too. In season 2 it was revealed that Bastian was working for the king. When Nicklaus was talking to Dash about Bastian and how he used to be, he told Dash that the Bastian he knew was capable of "betraying a lover, and destroying a brother", and because of that king Nicklaus always rewarded him with money and additional powers. I'm betting Bastian was involved with original Freya at one point, but she fell for Killian instead and later on during the rebellion, betrayed Freya and by ratting them out to the king. And by doing so, destroying Killian in the process, by King Nicklaus cursing Killian in the end. It's also strange that they never showed Killian interact with the king. The king interacted with literally everyone else, even Dash, and yet never Killian. Could be because Killian was a vital part of the story like my theory implies.
It would be so amazing if there was a revival where we saw Killian and Freya not only happily married with a family of their own but also having interactions with all their past selves as part of a spell both of them had cast to help write their wedding vows when they were getting married.
I remember this being my favourite show so many years ago T_T I miss those days ugh and I hated how it ended abruptly. but ngl, watching this again made me cringe so fkn hard lmaooo

I have always thought that so as it could go with what Wendy said as now we know Killian is Freya's soulmate while Dash is her trickster/destroyer.
