Also: where is the receipt to confirm the quoted amount is even accurate for any damages discovered? 3. What group claims was stated in the contract is much more specific than what the lawyer highlighted/quoted on her end. Could we please have a translator. ALSO: DON'T BACKDATE ANY CONTRACTS. Never return after hours. I always have them inspect the vehicle when I turn it in and have them sign off before signing anything myself before leaving. Its simple people!

    • If Enterprise rents the lot, then it's on them. Either they need to find another lot that has security up to their standards, or to get the money from the lot. Either way, they have ZERO right to put it on the renter. They can't rent a lot with poor security then wash their hands of it. 🙄
    • Gee, I wonder why they quietly dropped it for this one guy who got a news grew to cover it. ¬_¬ What about the others?

It's incredibly normal for you to be responsible until someone checks in the vehicle. It even says on the drop slot that you are responsible until the next business day. 0:12 This is a story of a man who doesn't bother to read signs and nothing more.

Considering the dude has a cream puff voice- if you worked there it would be hard not to take the cat from the truck....
