Actually Banheeso is bunnies ( a fandom of newjeans) so their is high probability it will have another song with storyline . The song teach you to not always depend your idols as source of happiness but at same time they will always be their for you if you want to comback and it leave you to those memories that you cherish forever. What many people don't know that ditto was fan gift and minji( a newjeans member) is one of lyricist on song

It basically shows that your idols may give you momentary happiness but that isn't going to heal you, it's you that will make yourself happy. Don't grow too attached to your idol's life that you forget your own, leaving the idols may be hard but it will give you greater happiness

4:53 yall are literally me when i first watched the ditto mvs having already watched weak hero class one and twenty five-twenty one (another super famous kdrama choi hyunwook was in) and yes, it blew my mind lol😂 ian ur so right he is in everything, since 25 21 he’s being casted in a lot of movies and shows and even music videos like this one, and he’s definitely become even more popular after weak hero class 1 and it’s crazy cause he’s so young i think he’s only like 21 or 22🤯

Yes its about the connection between Idols and the Fans. It points out the constant Digital interactions we engage in with one another amd how fans get sucked into the Idols lives. The girl's name in the video is Ban-Hee-Soo (Bunnies 😉) If yall recall OMG Video. So, there are MANY THEORIES as to what this song can mean but MANY KPOP fans have interpreted that this song calls out a way to talk about PARASOCIAL relationships that particularly affect KPOP IDOLS in the industry all the time. There are many instances when fans claim that their WHOLE LIVES and ALIVE-NESS is dedicated ONLY around their favs and this is NOT HEALTHY of course. It is quite scary and I have witnessed this VARIOUS times myself.... we HAVE to establish boundaries and a simple balance but for some, it really is NOT THAT easy.
10:02 yes it's first time for me to see mistake on stage production made into the mv they usually remove it and reshoot but the director kept minji mistake becouse it's was natural like teenage girls practicing to song and which is not usually perfect . according to lore ditto choreography was created 1988 by banheeso (the girl recording it) so they are practicing it .
Ditto is a breath of fresh air to k pop. Music video content is so on point. The most well deserved SOTY 👏👏👏

by some theory in Twitter and tiktok this song is actually about friends who got into an accident, the girl who is recording kept those videos as her memories of them as you can see the bandage she has and the members painting them is her way of keeping them still alive because of the guilt she felt, while the deer also symbolizes something as you can see in side b that when she started accepting and not mourning her friends death anymore the deer also started to leave.

Actually minji made mistake as part of any MV production but it usually get removed and reshoot. the director find minji shot interesting and natural like teenage girls just practicing which they are not always perfect so that's why they kept minji mistake it's so smart and I love that scene

Actually, I dont she screw up the dance, if they really wanted it perfect, they would have retake this part. I feel that they just wanted to give authenticity, like they're really teenagers dancing for fun and she just made a mistake.
