    Royal Palm City had given possession at the end of 2021.Till last year (2023) almost 200 houses were constructed. but now there are almost 500 houses constructed there or even more. So, I hope there will be more houses in DHA because DHA is bigger brand than Royal Palm City. People are not moving to DHA because there are no sector commercial markets yet and will not commence in near future.

      Bahi jan 8 maa hogay possessions ko abhi tk 7,8 ghr start huway hain ... 5 saal mein 2-3 hzar kis calculation say nikalay hain apnay ? Jb k is wqt construction material ki prices asmaan chu rahi aur mulki halat aesay k log bill nhi day paa rahay ?

      @@92Residence dear, DHA Gwa is at junction of 4x districts :-
      Gujrawala, Wazirabad, Gujrat & Sambrial Sialkot
      In this Compete area there is no new housing society, while everyone’s dream is to make house in DHA Gwa
      People are only waiting for basic necessities; after that no one will be able to catch the speed of prices
      There is no doubt prices of construction are very high, but prices of Possession plots are also very very low
