I just go through the information after completing the training but there is no such links provided there for the free exam, is it like we get voucher only after completing the training session
I have got the mail to give exam at no cost but when I schedule the exam its showing me the exam fees and discount coupon is also not available. This is as of may 2023 I attended training in May 2023 itself.

while registering for the event which email should we use - personal email id or company email id

The training days are on the weekdays , Since I work on those times I can't attend it. Is it instructor laid or just recorded session so I may start it and don't have to attend actually
Sorry to hear! But you can find training at different timezone and watch it after your office hours.
You can find both instructor-led and recorded events as well.
I have a solution for this.
Just register for the training and mark your attendance. You don't need to be attentive and listen to the entire lecture. Then you will get your voucher after 5 working days.
Now that you have got your voucher whose expiry is more than 3 or 4 months (not sure but am close), you can prepare for the exam from RUclips, Udemy, etc.

Hey Sushant, I completed my virtual training yesterday(29/06/2022) on Data fundamentals, I also received a mail to schedule my exam. However, when I tried scheduling it I found "No discounts associated with this mail" , the same mail which I used to attend the training. What should be done in such a situation? Should I wait for sometime or drop a query at the MS support?
Discount won't be associated with your email. When MS sends you an email, the email will include an exam voucher code. You can use that to claim the free exam.

I took a Virtual training of AZ 900 for two days (part1 & part2) but I didn't get a discount. Microsoft just sent me an email, thanking me for attending . What may be the problem?
Create a Microsoft Learn Account. The discount is automatically linked when you attempt to schedule your exam.
