You lead from the front and guide your team by example. You do more work than anyone. You get big support from Amy who is learning the trade. I didn’t realise until now, how much she does behind the scenes. We all have bad days but keep the work going. Nothing more to be said except well done. Many could learn a lot from watching you, no matter what the job is. Respect 🙏

Couple tips to make life easier on you Charlie. Lower your mud boards, move them 2 steps off the wall so you can move, and have that girl set up your block so you don't have to take 3 steps every time you need one, so that she has something to do besides look at you. She looks bored. Edit: I spoke to soon, I see you got her handing you block, but now your making her work harder than she needs too, it's easier for her to setup than have to hold each block till you need it.

When I was labouring and laying the line on a two man team learning the craft I would have given my right arm to see a great looking babe like Amy turn up on site every day. Not to mention that Charlie could have looked after his own back after the last site was finished, instead he went above and beyond to make sure the whole team had regular work. Its been obvious over the last few weeks Amys enthusiasm has taken a nose dive put everybody out of their misery and let her stay home.
