Susan Necheles overlooked the fact that Stormy has had a life time of defending her choice of profession. Consequently, Stormy was much more prepared for Susan's questioning than Susan was for Stormy's answers. Stormy won that showdown handily.

Isn't it ironic that society frowns upon and/or ostricizes those that choose to earn income in the adult entertainment industry but idolize those that subject themselves to violence in sports such as boxing, MMA or even professional football? These are sports that have been proven time and again of causing brain damage and shortened mortality. Yet because the American culture remains in this eternal cycle of Christian based puritanical discrimination it continues to pidgeon hole what it considers right and wrong.

This whole brouhaha makes me smile. I was a call girl in the 1980s, made a handsome living, moving in some very high class circles. BTW men like 45 were thick on the ground in my world.... And although (thank God), I never ran into the man himself during my courtesan days...I can resonate with much of what Ms. Daniels experienced and relates in court, now. Working in any aspect of the "play for pay sector', you are going to be subjected to a lot of moral judgement. I am 75 today; my past rarely if ever comes up in conversation. Forty years on? Pretty old news. But I often said back then, "I may be a wh*re, but I have never been a hypocrite.." and let it go at that...I cannot help but notice: during this trial, the hypocrisy seems to be coming from someone OTHER than Ms. Daniels, who ironically - really should be admired.
