I dig this bike. The first “bobber” I ever built was from a Honda shadow. I did a single backbone so I could run a normal tank. That bike turned out so cool. I rode the crap out of it. Would have never sold it but this super wealthy rich dudes kid wanted it and I gave him a ridiculous 15k price. He said no way! I seen them out at the parts store a few days later and he offered me 12k for it. I really hated letting it go but I’m not stupid lol. I only had maybe a grand in that bike. Think the tires was the most expensive thing I’d bought for it. I wish I’d kept it tho. Everyone thought it was a Harley untill they looked close.

    Hi
what size of OD tube (1.25" or 1.125") did you use for the hardtail?

1.25 I believe. If you look at other kits or just the stock frame size I just matched that.

@@Alexh650 Hi, in his video Lnsptblvd uses 1.25" but the kits are 1.125". 1.25" probably doesn't fit completely into the frame tubes.

@@otziland I didn't fit the tubing I just did a buttweld. I beveled the edge of my cut so I had to add a lot of wire and make a lot of passes and cleaned up every time but It was 4 hrs of work and maybe 50 bucks cost of parts vs the 150 or whatever on tjbc. I'm thinking I used the stock frame size tubing.

@@Alexh650 Thank you. I will probably do something similar. Nice build. I like it.
