Seeing how this new football generation isn't that stellar. How football and the ballond'or has fallen off has really made me feel bad for Neymar. Neymar was so unlucky to be in the football generation of Messi and Ronaldo. Honestly,it's just crazy how these days winning ballond'or isnt that hard,cause almost every player has normal stats
Messi, Ronaldo, Suarez stats I accept, but Neymar is pure nostalgia merchant, his stats were never on the level of the other 3. In fact he was just playing a lot of games at Barca, if he played as many minutes as Vini this season, he would have around the same or slightly better in his prime
@therealpapillon11 madrid team has goals spread across the team... if you want insane numbers look for halaand and kane they still pull of record breaking numbers... but then again, messi and cristiano alone used to contribute for more than 60% of their team's goal tally which is a similar percentage to vini and belli combined contributions, that shows you that this madrid team has more of a complete team than relying on some individuals and this is how they can compete with the modern game

vini is based a real ballondor contender based on the things he does on the field, its not always about stats
