I have used a plant based diet to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight in conjunction with this exact meal planning strategy. You look AMAZING!!! I've missed your videos. I love the simplicity of your meals and that you are so down to earth. Congratulations on being down 40lbs in 2 months! I've been following this way of eating since July, 2021 and I am down 135lbs. I still have 30-40 lbs to go. YES girl, I get home from work at 3:45, and then I look and it's 8:00 and I need to start getting ready for bed.

This is a great idea! So many people offer their own meal plans, but there doesn't seem to be much leeway. This would allow your viewers to develop their own based on your experience. And I love your method. I love to cook, but not every day. This old body needs a break! Lol! (Just not literally! Osteoporosis sucks!)

What type of cereal do you use because I’m not aware of any that are healthy in a box other than Ezekiel
